did not let me cancel my order as i ordered it in the wrong size, even though i tried to cancel it the day i ordered. when they arrived i tried to return them. they cost me 89 pounds, return delivery was 20 pounds and they would only give me 60 pounds back.

Package was delivered in shreds - poor customer service

My package was delivered in shreds. The shirt was exposed and took some damage during the trip, and when I reached out to customer support for some assistance, they were “unable” to do anything about the situation. It’s ridiculous how I received my shirt in its condition, and yet the company did not seem to care/want to help out with the situation at all. Very poor customer service in the sense that you are not looking for the best interest of the customer.

Weird Staff

Love the collections. Love the shop. Love the staff, they got style... but they are also so weird!! maybe just so young and so Z. Gen Z is not the best at customer service. Anyway I'm the outsider here, I will adapt.
