Schandalige misleiding. Aircoolers gekocht op 10 juli, op 23 juli binnen de wettelijke termijn per e-mail herroepen omdat omdat deze toestellen niet beantwoorden aan degene die op de website worden vermeld en bovendien gebreken vertonen. De klantenservice weigert een retouradres te geven. Het betreft de Nederlandse onderneming MA Assistance uit Eindhoven (KvK 86559532). Ik wil van hen twee gratis retourlabels ontvangen en het bedrag van 299,99 euro volledig teruggestort zien op mijn rekening. De beloftes die ze doen op de website stroken dus totaal niet met de werkelijkheid.
