Was looking for a large serving board…
Was looking for a large serving board made of wood that looks great. This is that in spades! The large board is BIG! At first i thought too big but it isn't. Fits a whole cut up cob with the butter dish in the corner easily and doesn't look like I've chosen too big a board. Only one rule: NO CUTTING ON BOARD! I don't want any marks on this beauty. So nice it hangs on the wall as part of the kitchen decorations - COLE & MASON showing of course!

Great value products!
Great value products and love that you can mix and match colours. Shipping was really quick and the products are great quality and I like that the mechanism on the salt and pepper is metal and ceramic, rather than plastic.

Warranty is non existant
Customer service and warranty is non existant. I emailed them about a fault with the grind mechanism of my pepper mill, they initially responded next day asking for some more information. I provided that to them and they've just gone silent on me for weeks. I've chased a few times and am getting no response. I thought buying an £80 set of salt and pepper Mills with a lifetime guarantee on the grind mechanism would be a good choice, but it seems when you come to use said guarantee, it isnt there.
