So far so very good

So far so very good. I’ve tried loads of so called “guaranteed no stick pans” but this pan doesn’t have a similar coating but so far no sticking or staining! Long may this continue!

Great customer service and care

I bought a Zyliss cake pan with a spring. Unfortunately, the spring stopped working. Zyliss was informed and responded in good time. I sent over the photos and Zyliss responded with an exchange for an equally priced item. Which they have honoured and resolved my issue. All credit to Phoebe Frolich, who was always prompt in responding and very courteous and supportive. Happy to have purchased the alternative item from this well known company.

I am now open mouthed in amazement at the simple incompetence of your company. I have already explained that you sent your thing to the wrong address. I obtained an alternative from Amazon in 1 working day. Very good quality. And therefore you owe me £14.50. Quite simply you do not know what you are doing. I give this company 5 stars for the…

I give this company 5 stars for the length of the guarantee of their products plus the efficiency when a problem arises. I bought one of the little mini choppers just over a year ago when the pull cord on the lid stopped springing back. I contacted the company to see if I could purchase a new lid. They replied almost instantly and after I sent photos of the lid plus my order for proof of purchase they sent me a whole new chopper, not just the lid. Every thing was completed within a few days. Absolutely delighted.

Great customer service and very quick response to contact

Purchased a Zyliss product while on holiday and item was faulty. Returning item to the retailer was not an option so I contacted Zyliss customer services and received an email with offer of replacement item to be mailed to me.
Cannot fault that for customer service!
