I had a leak on my kitchen ceiling which I called homeserve to attend. Their engineer tightened a tap and left not even sealing back the bath panel. I called Cole Brothers as it was still leaking and straight away they found the leak on a valve and replaced it. Why homeserve did not spot it I don't know. While I had them at my property I asked if they could also flush through my heating/hot water system/radiators which took all day. I went out and when I come back it was all done to perfection. House tidy and lovely warm home again. Big thumbs up to the Cole brothers team cant thank you all enough!

I asked Cole Bros to undertake a survey of the plumbing and heating in a house I'm about to buy. It was easy to book, and rates were very reasonable. The quality of the report I was given on completion was outstanding - the engineer did a thorough inspection for the price. Very happy, thanks Ryan/Carly/Nathan!

Cole Bros replaced our ancient set-up with an unvented system and new boiler, relocating all to the loft. First time we've used them and it was an excellent job from first visit to completion.
I was really impressed how Ryan anticipated issues and planned the installation to give us a set-up that not only works brilliantly but minimised disruption and visible pipework.
The team were punctual, tidy, professional and courteous. Nathan worked flat out for three days but was still happy to explain everything to me as work progressed.
I've been looking for service like this for years. Will definitely use Cole Bros for any future work and highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from Cole Bros Plumbing & Heating this week. I had a new boiler fitted and repositioned in the loft and they had come recommended by a family member. From Ryan's initial visit to price up the job through to the installation I received excellent service throughout. I was advised what would be happening every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in fully recommending them - exemplary customer service!

Cole Bros have installed many heating and plumbing systems for us in many of our childcare nurseries, excelling every time. In addition to the new installs they also help us to maintain a number of systems that were already installed in our nurseries, approaching all they do with a great deal of care, which is very important to us.

Cole Bros recently converted our family bathroom and tiny en-suite into one luxurious family bathroom with walk in shower.
They did a fabulous job from start to finish, helping to plan the layout, advising on sanitary ware and fitting everything with great care, right down to the tiling.
Cole Bros also replaced our heating system at the same time, removing the old boiler and tank, installing a combi boiler in the loft. Again we were delighted with the quality of the work.
All the staff were friendly and polite and their work was exemplary.

Great response turned up quickly and dealt with a leaking booster pump - temporarily fixed the leak ordered the parts and came back two laters later to fully fix - goo communication and fair price - highly recommended

Having just completed a self build we could not recommend Cole Bros enough. Such a fantastic team with great pride in their workmanship. Helpful, friendly and most of all worked with us through the changes. Standards never dropped.

I contacted Cole Bros Plumbing re a new boiler having read several positive reviews. Ryan came round and it was immediately obvious he was very knowledgeable. He talked through all the options, including trying to repair our old boiler and laid out the benefits of a new boiler without being pushy. He made several suggestions that would enhance our heating system generally, such as a larger pump and removal of an old air separator. His subsequent quote was very detailed with everything broken down and easy to understand. We decided to go ahead with the new boiler and Cole Bros were very flexible with dates. On the day of installation the lads turned up right on time, were very polite and got straight on with the job. They explained everything they were doing and were very tidy, taking off their shoes, using dust sheets etc and adhered to Covid precautions. All work was carried out to a very high standard and they left no mess in the house whatsoever. They took the time to explain all the new controls and balanced the system ensuring all the radiators were working correctly. That evening I did notice two of the radiators didn't seem to be as hot as the others and contacted Ryan. They were back first thing in the morning to sort out this minor problem.
Overall a fantastic service from Cole Bros Plumbing, I would highly recommend them.

From our initial meeting with Ryan, his professionalism and industry knowledge was incredible. We needed a brand new boiler and our bathroom knocked through which Ryan expertly advised us on.
The Cole Bros team were all fantastic- especially with their approach to following the COVID restrictions & guidelines. We had no worries about them being in the house at all and they even made sure my husband and I were not disturbed working from home.
I especially want to mention Matt who transformed our bathroom completely and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Dean was brilliant. It was a gas safety check on a property we have bought, which became a service & repair under tight timescales. He was friendly and got the job done as quickly as we needed. Thoroughly recommend him and will make sure to use them in the future!

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Cole Bros. It was a great experience, they worked efficiently, were professional and friendly.

I have used Cole Bros for re-plumbing the entire house including fitting underfloor heating and concealed high quality sanitaryware. Their workmanship and professionalism has been excellent. I have also used them for a couple of smaller emergency jobs where they went out of their way and worked extra time to get the job done. Highly recommend without hesitation.
