We were very pleased with the work that was carried out as planned. The team carrying out the work were very professional and polite From the start of the instillation to the finish and commissioning of my new boiler. They kept me updated on what they were doing at each stage of the work, Very good customer care as they worked hard to minimise any inconvenience. Very neat and tidy instillation, as we could clearly see they take allot of pride in their work.

The service I received from Cole Bros Plumbing. I had used them before and they have always been very helpful and efficient. This time I needed a gas certificate urgently and they answered my message late in the evening and did the required work the next day. They are very reliable and nice workmen.

A 5 star review is justified based on their being accredited installers for Worcester-Bosch boilers, their responsiveness, technical knowledge, promptness, attention to detail, and high quality of workmanship. Ryan, Dean, Nathan and Adam were a pleasure to deal with and the work was carried out with care, good communication and to time. Paperwork was accurate, and prompt and price was sensible. Overall this firm has displayed a high level of professionalism, which is often absent in its competitors!

Came to my rescue in an emergency and carried out a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances. A big thank you to all and especially Matt who faced a real challenge dealing with a very old and rusty pipe located in a deep, muddy and wet hole.
