I have dealt with Colebys a couple of times over the last year whilst purchasing a pair of watches. I thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience on both occasions, it is a real pleasure to be able to deal with a local, family run business right on your doorstep. I have been advised and assisted by different members of the family/sales team and have found them all to be professional, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They show an excellent degree of flexibility to get the deal done so that everybody walks away happy with sale/purchase. I would strongly recommend giving Colebys a chance before going to a mainstream/chain jewellers to make a significant purchase, I am always pleasantly surprised at the amount and diversity of the stock they carry, there really is something for everyone.
