I bought shoes that didn't fit me, and the quality leaves much to be desired. I sent the package back 15 minutes after receiving it. I haven't received a refund, and they're not replying to my emails. Be careful before dealing with this company, if you can call it that.

Great purchase
Ive recently purchased the Men's GrandPrø Luxe Slip-On Trainer in blue and i love these trainers.
Look smart and really comfortable.
I'd say that the sizing is slightly larger than expected as wouls normally go for 11.5 uk but the 11s were a great fit.
Would recommend and would buy from ColeHaan again as delivery was nice and quick.

This was my first time ordering from Cole Haan, but it will definitely not be the last.
First of all, the order arrived very quickly, and I received regular communications and updates throughout, which was reassuring. The shoes were amazing, of excellent quality, exactly as expected, and were safely packed to retain their shape.
In addition, after placing the order, I realised I had forgotten to apply a 10% spring promo discount that was available at the time. I emailed them within minutes, and within a day I received a response confirming that the 10% would be refunded—and it was.
Overall, from product quality to customer service, the experience was excellent.

I ordered my chosen shoes and looked forward to them arriving. They were well packaged and arrived on time. They looked exactly as they did on-line and were very lightweight, however when I tried them on they were far too big for my feet. All shoes I currently wear are all size 9, however these shoes seem more like a size 10. Unfortunately I have sent them back and await a refund.

Excellent & Professional Customer Support Services
I experienced a small defect in my first Cole Haan pair of shoes. I contacted customer service for a feedback and complained about the case. Cole Haan customer support team were very responsive and offered me multiple options to sort the problem. I had a replacement pair delivered to my doorstep in less than 24 hours.
I ended up happy about both the support I got and my new CH shoes.
