I bought my first pair of CH shoes and they arrived within a few days. The quality looks excellent and they are very comfortable ORDER UK50696

While we love the products, unfortunately, the sizing feature on the UK website is confusing. I ordered the US size as indicated. They sent 1 size larger, and I now have no way to reapply the discount or recover the expedited shipping expense

The price is incredibly high and the quality is poor. The customer service is pathetic and the delivery is the worst. Don’t buy again; Skechers is a much better option than Clark.

Browsing through the page is so easy. Once ordered, delivered the next day. Shoes are so light and comfortable to wear. Found brand that I will stick for life!

I have been familiar with brand since I went to their store in NY 15 y ago.
Shockingly they still don't have standalone store in Uk.
Ordering online is sometimes hit and miss, due to sizing . However I have managed to buy online over 10 + pairs by now.
The quality is amazing, comfort, styles are superb. They design shoes for the feet. Not just make some shoes.
Speed for the delivery is excellent.
The website tend to offer smaller range of sandals than USA stores?
And the range is odd , who wants to wear mules or very high heels?
Even if I am not looking to buy new shoes I will browse their website and locate my next purchase.
I would love to work for this brand.

What lovely trainers! I bought the GrandPro All Day Courts, and they not only look cool and original, they are true to size and very comfortable - probably the most comfy shoes I’ve ever had.
Ordered direct from their UK website and they were delivered in a couple of days.

Love Cole Haan. Very good quality shoes, durable and super comfortable. I have been using CH for the last 20 years. I have over 40 pairs and I keep buying more. Never disappoints. I'm so pleased they have a UK online store. I don't have to wait to go to the US to get more shoes. I wish they also open a flagship store in the UK. Thank you guys!

I have been shopping from Cole Haan UK for three years, including personal and gifts for family. Their products quality never disappoints and their customer service is excellent, especially Bobby is super helpful.

I bought a shoes by mistake and I immediately emailed after I purchased it, and requested for refund and cancel the order, they don’t respond, so be careful, very hard to get hold of them
