Very speedy delivery. Not worn my new topspin trainers yet but have had Cole Haan trainers before so not anticipating any problems. These will be my sixth pair of Cole Haan shoes and would highly recommend them, most comfortable shoes ever purchased.

Typical "home-run" amateur business
Typical "home-run" amateur business. Delivery costs are not refunded, although the customer pays both ways (order and return), not really in line with online retail code of practice...Also refunds are only processed after being sent a reminder...Not a good experience.
