Great customer service

I find Cole Haan shoes super comfortable. The two I ordered were not my style so I returned them. Customer service sent a prompt reply to my returns enquiry & I got a full refund a few days later. Excellent service

Never again

I ordered one size too big. Mailed back to see if I could exchange. Was rudely told no free exchanges and when asked if I could exchange at store
“ We have no stores and we don't do free returns” came back the snap reply.

Do yourself a favour a spend your hard earned money at the many other excellent shoe brands.

I have been wearing ziro gravity shoes…

I have been wearing ziro gravity shoes for several years and have been recommended them to everyone but this time I've brought the exactly same shoes but the quality is nothing near as the ones I have, the sole its much harder and inside its so uncomfortable.
Please sort this out because you were doing a really good job and every time I use to buy couple of pairs.

Lovely shoes and extremely comfortable

Lovely shoes and extremely comfortable. They do run slightly large especially if you have narrow feet. I had to size down by half a size. Great customer service as well and easy to reach by phone or email. Agree the only downside is having to pay for your own return postage. Free returns should come as standard these days.

Easy to order and quality products!

Really easy to order from the store and it was shipped out super fast! Love this brand as their shoes are very comfortable and stylish.

My only downside to buying direct from Cole Haan is the lack of free returns. As most other companies do offer a way to return items or exchange for free. So I have to make sure it fits properly from elsewhere before buying direct.

Otherwise no complaints!

Late delivery & confusing sizes.

Love Cole Haan shoes and would give the brand 5, they asked me to review latest purchase and its a 3* based on:

(i) The website has incorrect size charts for UK ladies sizes - the help chart is wrong, different info when you view a specific pair, that info is correct.
(ii) I thought 24 hour delivery meant next working day for an order at 3:12pm on a weekday, not 2 days later.

"We offer standard delivery of £5.99 for DPD Next Day Delivery (next working day) for all orders under £100. We offer free delivery for orders over £100. Orders will normally arrive between 1-2 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
