Excellent shoes, and fast delivery. What let it down was when I asked if it was possible to order extra laces; the two responses I received weren't helpful at all, and were in direct contradiction to each other. They don't go that extra mile for you.

Lovely smart but casual shoes.
I've only worn my shoes from Cole Hann in the house and I'm really pleased with them. They fit well and I love the 'rust' colour, I'm looking forward to wearing them in the Spring with my lighter clothes.
I am impressed with the efficient service from Cole Haan Store UK both the comunication about the item, the packaging and the delivery.
