Should have the free return costed me almost 13 pounds for returns. Shoe quality seem nice.. usually I am size 11.5 so ordered 12 but was way too big.. will be ordering size 11.

Delivery is a problem
The delivery was through DPD who are one of the worst out there. I was at home and the delivery guy did not even ring the bell instead he delivered the package to my neighbour to save time

Have sent shoes back as too big
Have sent shoes back as too big, on tracking it has been marked down as received (had to send it back via my own means) yet I have not heard back about the refund process. Emailed already to ask and have not heard anything back.

Good order procedure and quick delivery time, unfortunately, failed to respond to email or answer calls with regards returning shoes that were sent in the wrong size (don’t even match the box size!) social media customer service wasn’t any help either. Real shame because the shoes are great when they come in the right size!
