This is an international SCAM company!
- You allegedly signed up for something - no recollection or proof found of the terms or conditions.
- Do NOT subscribe to get 'special offers, free giveaways, and once-in-a-lifetime deals.'
- Cole's Classroom keeps banking money from your credit card - unannounced.
- Repeated emails to their alleged 'support' email address are NOT answered or acknowledged.
- The website does NOT provide any detailed contact details or trading address.
- The company does not respond to any (repeated) requests for a refund or for information about any alleged subscription.
- The company only allegedly 'allows' you to 'cancel emails', but NOT to cancel any alleged subscription or payment authorisation.
- This has been allowed to go on for a long time now (see all the other Reviews, such as Trustpilot); apparently without the company changing anything for its 'customers' for the better; which is already awful and intrinsic proof of the company's attitude and behaviour - obviously with NO respect to 'clients' - read 'victims caught in a trap '.
I have reported this company to the fraud investigation office and the credit card company.

I messed up the other day and bought the same thing twice. One email explaining the mistake is all it took to get a refund. Great customer service.

Initially, I had issues accessing my account and could not sign in or cancel my subscription. I felt frustrated because I wasn’t receiving any replies.

However, the company has since responded and resolved the issue, and my payment has been refunded.

As previously mentioned, this company is on the borderline of a scammer. You sign up for a free trial, with no communication from them, before you know it they have taken money after money from your account. Only email from them after I challenged the charges was full of waffle offering me a voucher and a further free trial (but no offer of refunding any charges) and telling me how they wanted everyone to be satisfied. Well I am not satisfied and I feel cheated.

I signed up for $9 for a one-off downloadable photoghraphy guide but found these pricks 'enrolled' me in their ongoing program for $49 per month. Did ask for, didn't want. When I contacted them - silence. No replies to my emails. Gutless. Shameless. Fraudsters: COLES CLASSROOM OF CHEATERS

Very bad site. Complete scam. Do not go for free trial, they will charge u full amount, and even then u cannot get acces to online courses. Scam site

BEWARE! Do not fall for their $7&$9 offers because your credit card will then be charged $49 per month continually until you realise it's a scam. I'm $147 down and they refuse to refund!

This site is a boarderline scam. I signed up for an access to their stuff for $5 online only to then be charged $49 per month for 3 months before I realise I somehow and inadvertently agreed to a monthly subscription. I had no emails explaining that this would happen, nor given an account authorisation to access their materials. "Buyer Beware", look carefully at their T&Cs before proceeding. I am $147 down with no benefits.

I signed up for 3 bargain offers but monthly charges of $49.00 a pop showed up on my credit cards during the holidays when I wasn't checking carefully. Once I discovered the charges, I tried calling the customer service number many times, but that number doesn't work....SURPRISE (this says a lot!!)!! They did respond to their support email and after I objected to the charges vehemently, they refunded $247.00 of the $394 charges, leaving $147.00 of the charges on one card. My argument today to them is, "If you determined you were wrong to charge me the monthly charges on 2 credit cards, then it is wrong to charge the 3rd card!" Will update the review positively, if they respond with a refund of these fraudulent charges, as well, but I am not holding my breath!

Clearly I should have visited here before getting involved with this organisation. I have emailed Coles Classrooms 3 times for a refund of nearly £40.00. I do not recall even signing up with this organisation for anything other than a free trial period, and my emails to resolve this matter are always ignored. A great pity that other photography course suppliers continue to recommend Clarks Classroom.

I purchased a couple of courses and then opted out of their subscription even deleted my card details. Yesterday checking my banking details and they had deducted 48 euros not sure how or why they did this as I said previously I opted of their monthly subscription. Emailed them they have not replied.
After a number of emails Coles Classroom have agreed a refund. I know I deleted my details to stop the subscription but somehow the system was already locked in to take the subscription buyer beware!

They steel your money. They took my money. I want my money back for nothing I received or clicked on misleading information .came on my bank account statement.

Fraudulent company - don't buy anything from these hustlers. I brought one 8 pound product and apparently in the small print they gave me 10 days membership. The small print was so small I didn't see it, you get so many spam emails from them no one sees it then they automatically charge you! It's basically theft!

I recently left bad feedback for a link I paid for but did not receive and then got charged a monthly payment for an end of trial charge monthly payment. I requested a full refund if $94.64 and acknowledge that today my money was refunded. I hereby retract my previous bad feed back left and replace it with this review. I thank Cole’s Classroom for their cooperation and speedy resolution.

I ordered the link on the 23rd October for AUD 14.73 but never received any links. Today being the 6th November they had the gall to charge me a further AUS 79.91 citing trial over. I hope you have the decency to refund me ASAP. I am a senior 71 years old and I just cannot afford losing AUD 94.84
I ordered the link under my secondary email which is the same except it’s hotmail, not gmail. PLEASE SEND ME A FULL REFUND ASAP.

I set out to buy some presets that were recommended to me. I was in the middle of editing so was trying to hurry. I easily found the presets. And pushed buy now. Then another page of tons of words came up and asked if I’d like to add on more things for just a dollar. Now I’m sure something in all that text said that I was agreeing to sign up for a 49.00 A Month subscription. But it wasn’t the main focus. And again. My own fault I guess because I was in a hurry. I’m sure the company will say it’s my own fault because I failed to read it. But come on now. If you weren’t trying to purposely trick people into this subscription. You’d make it more obvious that that that’s what you were *actually* getting for that dollar. It’s all a big scam. So then when I finally came to terms with the 49.99. I went and canceled the membership and thought well I just watch some of the tutorials to make it worth the money. Nope. I should have had weeks longer to review all the stuff I paid money for. Nope. To be fair. It did warm me twice when I canceled that I would lose access. But I figured they’d be decent people and at least let me get something for my money. But no. When I went to watch some classes. I couldn’t. Because I was no longer a member. Really? I had to cancel or. Because I’m not going to be out that money again. If you’re reading this because you are considering giving this company your money. Save it and go to someone who actually cares about your business. If you’re reading this and your the guy that scams people. By making the fine print small because you absolutely know People don’t want to read all that. Shame on you you know what you’re doing. And you’re as honest as a thief.

They have STOLEN 49$ from me WITHOUT EVEN ADVISING ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT (EARLY).
These criminals should be stopped and all who work for them, hopefully end up in jail.
In the mean time I’ll be contacting authorities unless I receive a full refund. Which they have refused and only offer a credit. I don't want a credit, I don't want to put my subscription on hold, I WANT TO CANCEL IT, but no one will confirm my 5 email requests to cancel. I believe this is FRAUD and the authorities need to be told and they need to take action, this is a criminal offence.

So far it's not been great and been totally frustrating - got an email saying i was about to be charged and to cancel etc just go here - ummmm no - not possible to do that. Then tried to log into support ummm no can't do that. So ok giving up in frustration decide to check the courses out - ummm no no audio - check other programs on my laptop to see if it's my laptop umm no not mine but still no audio on the courses - check settings on course there's video settings but no audio settings - like i said so far not so great

I tried cancelling 3 times and they keep charging me. They even have a cancel button and send a receipt that my payments have been stopped but they still continue. Fraud! No response via customer support. Please all report for fraud
