Cole's Classroom Reviews 

I seriously can not recommend Cole's Classroom's enough! Not only are there so many great resources, you also get to be a part of the members-only Facebook Group. Everyone is always so helpful and caring and it has never mattered what level photographer you may be - hobbyist to professional and everything in between, you are welcomed and greeted with open arms!

I owe where I am in my business to Cole's Classroom and can't imagine being a part of a better group with amazing members and mentors. It's such a positive and uplifting place to be. If you haven't checked them out - now is the time. You won't regret it. It's time to invest in yourself and this is a great start!

Total scam. I have been paying $49/month for months now because I can’t login to cancel and when I “reset password” the email never comes… when I email the “support” address there is never a reply. No phone # on the site and no end in sight to this complete waste of my $$$

I joined on the trial just before taking the plunge to set up my photography business in about February/March 2021, and I found it so incredibly useful and supportive that I'm still here! My confidence and ability has just grown SO much, I cannot thank the amazing mentors on here enough!

I am so happy to be a part of the Cole’s Classroom. Community. I have been a member since 2016. I cannot begin to tell you all that I have learned. The support and mentoring is beyond compare. I was able to start my business and sustain it through the worse pandemic we have had. I have been in business for 6 years now and my business gets stronger every year. I owe a lot of this to the people and the resources in Cole’s Classroom. I have never thought of leaving! Education is so important, and they continue to add more curriculum and material to help us all grow! Thank you CC pros!

I am really glad to be part of this lovely community. Since I joined Cole`s Classroom. I have learnt so much not only about photography but about the business side too.

I signed up for the 10 day trail $1.00
I never got the e-mail with the login info that they were suppose to send me. So I couldn't log in and never got to use the trial course. Now I am trying to cancel so I'm not going to be charged the $49monthly rate and I can't get in touch with them as I can't log in and e-mails to them get rejected(says it's not a valid e-mail) and can't speak to anyone on the phone. Is this a scam?

I was a member of Coles Classroom for about a year. It is okay but for what they charge it is not worth it. It seems to be aimed mostly at beginners but since I'm also an established photographer there was less benefit for me. The fb group are highly offended by just about any civil conversation I have in there and it's best to just NOT participate. Hey Ned is OK but again you can find cheaper CRM's that do exactly the same thing.

I really enjoy CC, I have gotten a lot of great information from the classes and love the products they have in their shop. I don't use presets much but some of their editable information guides gives me a great place to start and customize things for my own business.
It's sad to see all the reviews that say scam because when I read the 10 day trial information, it was all there. I haven't cancelled my subscription but I have seen where that option is, so I'm not sure why everyone is having such a hard time. Maybe they have improved the site since those reviews. Either way I love it and have gotten great information and products so far enough no issues (been a member for a little under a year).

They say "only $1 for 10 days then automatic $49/month recurring payment. Zero contracts and can cancel whenever you want without penalty."

That is not true because they make it impossible to cancel the membership. You don't get a login possibility or you cannot change your password to do the following:
- Hover over the profile icon in the menu bar (you may need to scroll down slightly to view)
- Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu
- In the Left Menu, click "Subscription"
- Then click "Cancel"

Do not do any business with them, they are fraud!

Please let me know if my application for the $1 special went through. I never received an email or information about how to connect to the link.

I want it cancelled if it did somehow go through and I was not notified.

Really great software that has enabled me to produce some fab images in Lightroom. Customer service is super quick and super helpful.

I tried Cole's classroom for the trial period. It is set up well and has great information. My customer service needs were promptly answered. I recommend this site to learn about photography.

It’s a Scam first impression!!! First got excited to try this 1.00$ deal for 10 days.. it’s not free every time you will join you have to pay!! In my 7 days in this trial grace period they already charge me 49.00 in my account no cancellation not refundable,, there is no menu or account details to cancellation for your subscription.. You tube is all free!!!

I am trying very hard to get feedback using the support email address. I ordered a class and presets and while I received confirmation and a welcome email immediately as well as marketing materials encouraging me to buy more, I have not received a link to download my purchase. My credit card has been charged!
Later...I see the response below. Yes, I finally got the download days later, but now it has been downloading 7 hours and it says it has 4-5 hours to go on a new and powerful computer!!! Am I just stupid? I'm scared to death as to what they are putting on my hard drive!

Scam!! Do not buy anything from them. I bought presets and then they started taking money out of my account every month to the tune of over €300 before I noticed. (They do not make it obvious who the payment is from) They said I signed up for it which I didn't. I bought presets in good faith - not their photography course. They will say that you signed up, but you didn't. It is FRAUD. They refunded 4 months - What about the other 8 you scammed from me. Do NOT buy anything from them!

They have stolen $49.00 out of my account since November of 2019. I don't have a single email from them, I don't have an account with them. If they do not make this right, they will be brought to justice.

I have attended their free class in May2020, was said that I can cancel subscription anytime. However when I logged in there is no option to cancel the subscription.
After that it showed that my login details don’t match, so have tried to reset my password numerous times from June 2020 and still haven’t received any password reset email.

They have been charging my credit card ever since, it’s not a recurring payment so cannot stop it. I have also tried to cancel my old card in the hope that the payments will be stopped, but hey who I am kidding totally failed. I have been calling my bank ever since to stop the payments but Cole’s classroom have been somehow managing to take payments out of my account every month.

I have messaged customer service team numerous times and even tried on Facebook messenger for help. It’s a total scam and I have fallen for it. I would change my mind if I get my money back but at this point I am still going fight for a refund.

I would not recommend anyone to not even attend a trail class and please don’t give your card details.

I followed a free webinar last tuesday, the lady (who is clearly full of herself) in the video told we could get a course, for only 1 dollar, she NEVER talked about other payments after 10 days, never! So I signed in, ONLY for getting to know more about photography. Now I got an email that my trial session will end soon (8th of January) and they will charge 49 dollar from my CC. I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my membership but I did not receive an email to confirm this annulation at all. So I took a screenshot of this annulation! Looking forward to get a response here. Normally I would never write a review, but after reading all these negative feedback (here and on many more websites!!) I had to do this!

This was the most unprofessional learning course I have ever signed up for. They do not send you emails letting you know when your 10 day trial is up, there is no clear way to end your trial, and they do not answer any customer service emails. You are locked into a course with no help, and they have access to charge you no matter what. HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere than this site for any help with photography. I have learned more watching FREE YouTube videos than watching the $51 of material I have now purchased to watch through their site. The biggest waste of money and time I have spend in a long time. Highly disappointed and now $50 wasted.

This group has changed my life! I have grown in ways that I would NOT have been able to through the direct, hands-on guidance of the mentors. The trainings and tutorials are very helpful. I also love the Facebook group because others may have asked the same questions I have and the mentors have such patience to walk each person through their struggle. They are family! I have recommended this site to many others because, while I belong to other groups, I always see nasty, negative comments on the other groups. This group is respectful and nothing but positive!
