I've purchased several items from Collaro, trousers, shirts, and jackets, and all of them have been excellent. Aside from the quality, the main thing that has stood out has been the service from Travis and the team, who have gone above and beyond helping me source fabrics, go back and forth to get the perfect fit on things and generally advising on style and cuts. I have been really impressed from start to finish and will continue to order items from Collaro as I love the products and the team are such a pleasure to work with.

Have a jacket, two shirts, and more than half a dozen of trousers made by the Collaro team. Quality was good since the very beginning and the fit was perfected after the 2nd or 3rd order (didn't go for a trial shirt/trousers, if I did I'm pretty confident that the fit can be great even for the first order).
The team, Ethan and Travis, have been super friendly, responsive, and helpful. I only need to type in the measurements for the first shirt and trousers, after that, I only need to send them some fitting photos and they will do the adjustments for me. Actually, because of their experience and expertise, I no longer trust myself to do the nudging on measurements.
Discussions on changes in fit or style have also been smooth, and the team has coped with most of my special requests such as designs or other options that are not available online. Many of my requests and suggestions (of course some other customers may have also made similar ones) are taken and became available on the website, which makes me feel a bit proud.
I'm not an "enthusiast" for tailoring, but with a wide and expanding selection of fabrics and styles, as well as the good taste of the team, every season I can think of something new to order. And I know the outcome will be good.

I am always highly satisfied with any Collaro product. There is a great range of fabrics and styles, and the customer service is always fast and courteous. Travis is very helpful. I think that the additional cost for a full canvas constructed jacket is a bit high, especially when you compare to other MTO online competitors.

Known Ethan and Travis since their early days in the small shopfront at Chinatown and have seen their expansions till now. Quality and Unique fabric ranges and also thier range of customisation from their general range to their prototype range only for those daring enough to give it a go.Will continue to support them whenever i can.

Hi Everyone, if you want to experience the best remote MTM services, then collaro is the place to be. Amazing website (stunning interface), great fabrics, plenty of design options, quality of execution, customer service (Travis makes you feel like he's your best friend), and speed of delivery, everything is top notch. Shopping via them is so addictive that I placed my second order within 2 weeks of receiving my first purchase.

The more you buy, the better your fit gets, so buy more, cause they are AWESOME. My first purchase was 95% on point, the 5% will reduce during my 2nd purchase. But the fit will never be 100% as you desired because physically not experiencing the process will mentally leave a void and that's something the customers need to accept.
