We’ve ordered several times and have always been impressed. The quality is excellent, and the designs are perfect for my Italian Greyhounds. Shipping is fast, and the overall experience has been amazing—honestly nothing negative to say!

The worst quality collars - and horrible customer service. Rude, unreasonable, unprofessional. Collars are unsafe to use, broke after minimal use. We used one for two years, bought a new one after it broke, the second one broke after two months and then a replacement broke after three months.

Can highly recommend Collar of Sweden! The dog tag I ordered is absolutely beautiful – high quality, elegant, and clearly made with a lot of care and attention to detail.

There was an issue with the delivery at first, but Melina from Collar of Sweden helped immediately and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. The customer service was outstanding and very kind.

Collar of Sweden has the most beautiful dog collars & leads. Highest quality in lovely colours. Fast delivery & comes in a beautiful bag. Great communication & customer service. I’m a repeat customer as you will not find a better product elsewhere.

Somehow, they have managed to convince consumers that they sell leather products because they don't.

None of the products are leather. They have no proof of it. It's all plastic that had a really strong off-gas plastic smell.

AVOID

Ordered mirtangle collar, black with glitter. It’s been used for About 7 months, however the collar looks as if it has been used for at least 10 years. The material isn’t of high quality. The top “glittery” layer started peeling off even in places without any pressure/friction. The part where we attach the leash is completely damaged from all the friction and I expect it to tear apart soon, because the material is so damaged.

Overall, it’s definitely a nice collar to look at, but if you have more active (or crazy) dog, maybe find something more durable.

I visited the store in Stockholm today and it was just amazing! I loved all of the products (very hard to choose) as all of them are great! The design, how it’s made, just amazing. I can easily recommend to visit the store as they will take care of you, advise and show you also other options. Hope to visit the store again soon!

I got a martingale collar for my dog on the website it says the collar is adjustable from 38cm to 45cm. I assumed it wouldn’t go any bigger than 45 cm. My dog has a 38 cm neck. The collar arrived very quick and it’s beautiful, however, when the collar is fully relaxed, it goes up to 60 cm large. I had my dog on lead and she stopped to sniff grass so the lead was relaxed when the collar slipped off her head straight onto the ground. I contacted customer service to enquire if I was sent the right size. I was told that the collar should be tensioned by the lead at all times otherwise it would slip off. I asked if I could either send it back or exchange it I was told no because it was a sale item. I was told that I would be offered a ‘great’ deal so I could get another collar. The great deal was like less 20% off plus postage. Again, the collar is great but the information on the website is not accurate. I would not have got a collar that it’s nearly twice the size of my dogs neck. Very disappointing and I feel mislead. The collar is not safe to use as I will not keep the leash tensioned at all times for the collar not to slip. I’ve owned martingale collars from different brands and never had this issue. I know they are suppose to tighten when tensioned but they should not slip off when relaxed.

Customer service is unreal in this company. If I could rate them higher, I would! So responsive and if there are any issues they sort it immediately with great communication. My order got lost which was no ones fault and I had it within a few days after contacting them. I adore the products and will 100% be buying again! Amazing quality, amazing company!
