Just like all the other 1-star reviews here, CollarTags claimed to have shipped my order weeks ago, but nothing ever arrived. There is no tracking, no USPS Informed Delivery record, and no response to my follow-up email.

There is no way to confirm the tags were ever created let alone sent, and they take no accountability when their order doesn’t arrive.

Adding my voice so future customers can see this is clearly a pattern. I’ll be ordering from another company.

Super easy to create your tag, fast shipping. Fast customer service response. And these are very durable. Engraving lasts! I have purchased 5-6 of these over the years and lettering remains clear and readable.

I’m very pleased with my CollarTag purchase. I originally looked on Amazon and found many options, all of which had laser printing which was reported to wear off. One review mentioned the quality was nothing like a CollarTag they purchased in the past which was much thicker. Went to the sofa and found it was easy to order and the purchaser can choose exactly how they want the tag to read. The CollarTag arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted for my pup. The tag is substantial and the identifying information is deeply engraved so I know it will not wear off. When I ordered I was not sure if the tag was silver or gold color based on the pictures. There was no option to choose color so I went ahead and the tag is silver which is what I wanted. It attached very securely to my dog’s adjustable collar and looks fantastic, much better than I anticipated. Of course it is also soundless, so a winner all around.

These are high quality tags from sturdy metal. The lettering lasts for many years, unlike most other tags. I've ordered these for 4 different dogs over the last several years, 2 of our own, and 2 belonging to other families. The turnaround is quick, usually received within a week of ordering.

I've had these tags for all three of my dogs. They are easily read and seem virtually indestructible. I recently ordered the one for thick leather collars. It fits perfectly. Given how inexpensive they are they are a fantastic deal.

Very straight forward and easy website, great prices, excellent quality. I got three in different sizes for different collars I tend to use. I prefer a sleek collar look without anything hanging.

I’ve ordered several tags, for multiple pets (including goats!). Never has a tag fallen off of a collar. Shipping has always been fast, and I’ve always been pleased with my order. These are the perfect tag for someone like me who hates the “jingle” but needs to have the proper ID on their animals all the time.
