Found the whole process from bidding to collecting the car to be fantastic. As soon as I won the auction, I was contacted immediately and all my questions were answered by the team. Wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again.

The company tells you the rules of the platform which is to describe the car as accurately as possible disclosing all known issues, then the highest bidder then has 7 days to purchase the car. They send a photographer to take 200 pictures at your costs but they don't inspect the car. What they don't tell you is that their "clients" (dealers who purchase from them frequently) are allowed to demand an inspection after winning the bid and then reject the car if they don't want to proceed. Once you've been rejected, the chances of selling in another auction are very low. Dealing with them was just a complete waste of time.
