Collective is taking on the high cost of healthcare with a simple conviction: the medicines changing people’s lives shouldn’t be priced beyond their reach. Our membership model pools our members’ collective buying power to negotiate the lowest prices from licensed US pharmacies and put the savings where they belong: with the people paying for care. We’re starting with doctor-prescribed, third-party tested compounded GLP-1s, which also comes with ongoing medical and nutrition support. There are also no price hikes when your dose increases, and no bulk medication purchases. Behind Collective is Gunnar Lovelace, co-founder of Thrive Market, who helped make organic groceries affordable for millions of American families. After experiencing the benefits of GLP-1s himself, he saw another industry overdue for a price reset. GLP-1s are just the start. Collective is expanding into longevity treatments and supplements, bringing the same demand for affordability to the next wave of care. Because medical progress means very little if the people who need it can’t afford it.

Probably the best all around if you’re looking for GLP-1 treatment via telehealth. Their price is one of the mlst afforadable, they dont make you pay 3 months or 12 months upfront, you can do monthly (tirz for $69 a month no shipping costs) and although they do require a 1 time fee of $150, it’s for the membership and that $150 covers the entire year. Im nit a fan if memberships, however $150 for a year vs $150 a month (most other competitors) is very reasonsble and their membership is actually incredibly useful and beneficial. You get access to a real human doctor that responds to you almost immediatly no matter what time of day, you can ask questions, discuss medication adjustments, or even ask general health questions even if its not related to GLP-1. My doctor was fantastic and gave ne real answers not computer responses. The membership also comes with exercise plans you can do at home (very simple) they provide access to real dieticians, and they give you lots of recomendations for supplements and vitamin iptions from dofferent retailers while your on the GLp-1 journey. All in all, as a whole, their service is the best- afforable, real human doctors and real guidance, lots of support and the compounded products they provide from their pharmacy worked just as good as any other compounded GLP-1. I didn’t have any side effects, had plenty of results. Very happy with this company. Oh! And new patients get a month free of membership so you can actually start treatment for rhe $69, get tour first month going on the meds, use all of the membership benefits for free and then the next month is when you pay the $150 for the year, and then $69 a month for your meds (tirz is $69 sema is $59 i believe) so it’s a great way to start and a great option for ongoing treatment! Super easy and user friendly website as well. Highly recommend!

Collective is wonderful. Responsive customer service, reliable doctor, and reputable pharmacy. So much better than the previous two places I used. I recommend them to everyone showing interest in GLP-1
Getting connected with my doctor was fast. I was approved within hours and my medication arrived in a few days--everything happened in less than a week. I love the pricing, how things are shipped, the affordability, the quality of the medication, and the pharmacy used. My care team and customer service are responsive and I love that they are available on Reddit.
It’s a great company. A real physician team checks your heath screen and prescribes the medication. Way to communicate with, the meds come cold and quickly. The price never goes up. There’s a nutritionist you can talk to as well
Smooth setup and delivery. Easy to use and came with everything I needed

I can't stand about how great this company is not only are they fast with shipping and excellent customer service. Their meds are the strongest that I've ever had. I also love the fact that they automatically prescribe Zofran, which makes things so much better.
There is a 199 an annual fee but when you use a referral link, you'll get your second month free and even with the 199 fee you still get a cheaper rate than anywhere I've ever seen
Another thing I like about this company is that they allow you a three week free trial so you pay the $69 to start and then after three weeks you'll pay that 199 fee
Shipping and approval is super fast I was approved and made shipped all in the same week
They shipped Monday to Wednesday, so keep that in mind when you sign up
If you've already been on GLP ones they will start you at the same dose and no need to worry about an increase in fees the $69 a month covers any dose

I’m just finishing my second month with Collective. I’ve been impressed so far with communication. The Doctor responds in a timely manner. The website is user friendly. I’ve really enjoyed the webinar educational support through the dietician and nurse Q&A. I don’t know if other companies offer this type of support, but I’ve been impressed so far & recommend Collective.

I love that you can subscribe to receive it every month and be able to cancel when you achieve your goal. The price is amazing and affordable for those of us who can't get it through our insurance. Packaging and service has been great too!

The company is very responsive with there chats and contact timeframe. Dr's are very kind and responsive. Pricing can't be beat. And they have a low income sponsorship for the yearly membership fee wich is a great help to those who need it, myself being one of them. I highly recommend this company.
