Rather upset after spending a lot of money with college sewing machine parts ltd on new sewing machines. You buy from them and they give no on-site back up whatsoever. The dealer network is a waste of time too. Such a bad attitude and only want the sale, nothing else.
They should stick to selling parts like their company name suggests!

I have purchased two hemming foots for my industrial sewing machine. The quality was very poor, they were manufactured in China. You can buy them half price of what I paid on Ebay. I have't received a refund for delivery which came to £8 and time waisting. I have purchased hemming foots in London after. They were manufactured in Japan and cost me 3 times less. I wouldn't recommend purchasing sewing foots from this supplier
