I have been using Collin’s diaries for…

I have been using Collin’s diaries for many years but the new ones(2026) are appalling quality. Mine fell to pieces within two weeks. I think these are very cheap Chinese copies of what was once a premium product. It’s a shame that I can’t upload pictures to show how crap this diary is.

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER / PROMAX KUWAIT

I Owner of Promax Kuwait had been in contact with UK Collins team to name Anettte and the with Amanda and finally with Shelby.
Things went ver very slow as no replies and no confirmations after repeated telephne calls from kuwait till january 15 th 2025. Then we managed to get the order form and transferred the payement but till date Jan 23 rd not received the shipment details.
This order was very important for us. I have never gone through this expereince in my entire life of my trading business in Kuwait.
Request the country head to address my issue and find a solution.

Website is absolute garbage.

Website is absolute garbage.
Tried to re-order the same diary as I have been ordering for years. When hitting the re order button, it just takes me to rewards and the search button doesn't do anything, thought I would go on live chat, but can't access that as there is a rewards button covering it.

Great price & service, excellent diary!

I ordered my diary on Monday to take advantage of the “Red Monday” 10% offer.

I used to have a new Elite Executive every year but I no longer need one this large so I opted for the compact version.

It arrived this morning and I’m thoroughly delighted with my purchase!

I did experience some mailing issues a couple of years ago but it’s clear from this service that the company have fixed the issue!

I’ll be back next year for my refill!

Will be reporting to trading standards

Bought an Economist pen as a gift from the economistdiaries.com - the official Economist distributors Collins Debden. Picture on website shows it comes with a leather stud gift box/pen holder case. The description also refers to unique stud fastening gift box. Also refers to a refill. Pen arrived in a flimsy paper box. No stud gift box and no refil. Contacted economist diaries and told the description was a mistake. They clearly have the cases as the photograph included this! Will have to return this as I can give (an expensive) pen to someone who may look it up online and think I've kept the stud carry case and the refill. Obviously a scam outfit - complete rip off

Shockingly poor experience so far

I placed an order on the 28th December. It is now the 15th of January, over two full weeks later, and the order has still not been despatched.

I got in touch with the company via email on the 7th of January to ask when the order will be sent, and have not heard back.

I attempted calling on the 13th of January and couldn't get through - someone answered the phone, but the system provided to customer support staff didn't work as the agent said "Hello? Hello?" and then hung up the phone as they couldn't hear me.

Even with the festive break and coronavirus, it shouldn't take 2 full weeks to not even hear a single thing from the business. And yet they are still taking orders on their website. How can this be?
