Awful service
Awful service. Bought 3 Canvases on Groupon and couldn't redeem them. Customer service was so unhelpful. Had to get a refund.

Ordered personalised calendar with lots…
Ordered personalised calendar with lots of my own pics. Love the option of adding pics to the actual calendar space, and fade then out, but couldn't add dividers to dates, so ll be a bit confusing to write events into calendar. Very fast delivery and communication is excellent prior to ordering! Some minor alignment issues remained in the final product as i couldn't zoom in enough in the draft, so this maybe could be looked at by the team.

The best quality at a reasonable cost…
The best quality at a reasonable cost (especially if you get a discount). I have tried other printing companies, and Colorland is by far the best. Normal printing has better color and detail than some other printers (who use silver halide).

Outstanding support.
I recently ordered 46 individual Photobooks, and some with multiple copies. The support received throughout was rapid and extremely helpful. The quality of the finished products is excellent and the software was easy to use. I will be ordering again from Colorland. Highly recommend. Thank you Colorland.

Delighted with my latest Colorland…
Delighted with my latest Colorland photo book. As usual the quality of print is wonderful and it came beautifully packed and super fast delivery. I am making books for friends and know they will be big fans of colorland too. (and more books for me)
Also I have to say that the customer service is fantastic and in this time of being on hold all day to talk to someone it is unusual and impressive.
Someone helpful answers the phone - and that makes the company special.

I absolutely love the finished product…
I absolutely love the finished product but I have to say I did find it a difficult process along the way ! It took me several hours, for something I thought should be easier! Maybe it was me !! I had to keep restarting the whole process and when I tried to change the layout that I selected to another one I could not do it ! To be honest I don't think I would pick a 100 page one ever again ! Too much hassle. Delivery was quick and as I said the finished product was wonderful.

Horrendous, Purchased what I thought 2022 calendars, Were for 2021 and only description of customer service can only be described as "rude and abrasive". NEVER WOULD USE AGAIN due to extremely bad customer service

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We have investigated the issue and our Customer Service team explained the situation and did everything they could to help you.
We understand that the result of your complaint may be unsatisfactory for you, nevertheless it is the Customer who chooses the starting month and year in the calendar. It is chosen at the beginning of the process and what is more - the year was visible on every month during the creation in the editor and could still be changed.
We understand that it may be an unlucky oversight, but we cannot offer to reprint the calendars for free as it was not a glitch, mistake of the system or misprint.

I specifically ordered a canvas to be delivered urgently to meet a deadline. There should have been plenty of time but it arrived several days after the event. I paid a fortune for express delivery and it didn't arrive on time despite me contacting them several times, all they could say was there had been "a delay". Not good enough unfortunately.

Have ordered multiple photo books with Colorland by this stage, over a number of years. Quality is very good and their support is excellent. Plus they often have deals on their site that you can purchase to get cheaper prices
