I recently placed an order with Colourland for a hen book on Tuesday Aug 31st and I chose the UPS delivery as it had said delivery in 5-6 business days.
It is now Sept 13th, 9 business days after placing my order and we are extremely disappointed. Not only is our package not delivered yet but it did not arrive in time for the Hen party. If Colourland are not able to deliver in 5-6 business days then ye are misleading customers about when to expect their packages. Extremely frustrating and would not recommend this company!

The production of your order takes up to 3 working days. Then the delivery is 5-6 working days and we can see that your order was delivered at 14th of September. We are really sorry for the 1 working day of delay which was on the courier's side, but we do not have much influence on that.
