Ignore all the 'SCAM' reviews. This is not a scam. I have done this 4 years running now. Unfortunately this year due to unforseen circumstances they have cancelled THE WHOLE TOUR, not just one event. Look at the terms and conditions and you'll see they have the right to reschedule (rather than automatic refunds) so will likely carry over to next year. If this isn't possible they'll be in touch for refunds. They will look at all other options first!

This isn't a real business - it is an absolute scam. Same thing for me as so many others below. Had it ever been real I was hoping to do the 1st June MK event with my kids. Instead I am £155 out of pocket.

We was meant to take part in the London event this year 2024 on the 18th of May. However a couple of days before received an email advising that all events had been cancelled, no mention of refund or that this would follow through to next year.

There was no clear explanation just that anyone booked would receive further details shortly, still nothing just to add!!

Have tried calling the complaints number found online - surprise no longer in use.

Have tried reaching someone via the online chat, both myself and boyfriend both booked have tried. I received no communications what so ever.

My boyfriend, received a message advising:
"Our team are actively working to understand the situation and explore potential solutions. Rest assured we are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way"

We have since chased on the same ticket number with NO response. Its unacceptable no explanation, no sign of a refund, no communication.
I have NO intension on booking anything via this company again as that £80 that seem unlikely we see again.

If anyone has any advise on how to take this further open to suggestions..

Cancelled the London May 2024 event shortly before it was taking place and aren't giving out a refund, no explanation given why it was cancelled. No one is getting back to me and tickets are still being advertised on their website. STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

We received a cancellation notice 2 days before the event on the 18th May. NO-ONE gets back to you despite emails, chat box and phone calls. We spend £400 on tickets. DISGUSTING. They are still selling tickets on their website despite informing us that ALL UK dates have been cancelled.

Do not book this event, check on social media and you'll see lots of complaints about this company cancelling its events all of the time and people not receiving refunds. I booked the London obstacle course for 18th May and last minute it was cancelled, £42 spent on a ticket I probably wont be getting a refund for. Seriously do not waste your money and book with this company

Please do not book this event ever. We had a large group of people going to this event in London and last minute it got cancelled without any explanation; not just London but all UK events. This is not the first time that this company has done this; no communication regarding refund either. I would not recommend it, please think 3x before you book this event.

I would give it a minus. A complete SCAM. They steal peoples money and cancel events with no refund. A joke of a company

Absolutely disgusting, they won't provide refunds for an event they have cancelled and are still taking money for the events!
I've contacted Watchdog, Trading Standards, Fraud investigations & also my bank. Also on Facebook a page for color run refunds.
They are a company based in Finland, part of Rush Factory

Event cancelled, still haven't received a response about a refund, and by the popularity this company has about cancelling and not giving importance, I might not receive one, £50 down the drain, wouldn't recommend. It's a scam.

SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Cancelled event 3 days before with no explanation to customers or venue. No refunds given, stole thousands of pounds from us.

I was going to attend for my 4th year this Saturday 18th May at Kempton Park Racecourse and I have been emailed on the 13th stating...

'It is with a heavy heart that we send you this email.

We regret to inform you of the cancellation of the entire UK 2024 tour.

Brighton 11.5., London 18.5., Manchester 25.5., Milton Keynes 1.6. and Newcastle 8.6. have all been cancelled!

This decision was not made lightly, and our team is deeply saddened by the unforeseen circumstances that have led to this outcome. Please know that we would not have taken this step unless it was absolutely necessary.

We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, and we are committed to providing further details and support to all participants affected by this change.'

In their Terms and Conditions it states that they can cancel with no refund in exceptional circumstances, I.e: bomb threats, flooding, terrorism etc but this is none of these obviously.
There has been no correspondence back regarding a refund or a change of date because the whole of the UK tours have been cancelled!
I have bought merch along with my tickets and lost over £200 which in these current days is alot to lose.
I am so disappointed that this company has done this after been many times before and as a loyal customer you'd think they would look after their participants a whole lot better! If no refund is given, I will never return to this event ever again.

Not even one star. AWFUL. Cancel the event a week before it’s due to take place with no explanation. With no refunds. Don’t respond to any messages / emails. Delete comments on instagram & block people when they ask for more info / refunds. Terrible. Scam. When looking online it looks like they’ve been scamming / cancelling events for years! Do NOT BOOK WITH THEM ! Absolutely disgusting.

It’s a scam! They cancelled all of the UK races without an explanation and they aren’t issuing refunds apparently! They have been scamming people all across Europe also! I will be taking further action.

This company is a scam. They are a subsidiary of a Finnish company and they organise events across Europe, before cancelling them at the last minute without offering refunds. This has been happening for years. Part of their terms state that refunds won’t be given, no matter the circumstance, but that doesn’t hold up in UK law at least.

They delete and block anyone who speaks out on social media. But there is a 1000+ FB group filled with people who have been ripped off.

Don’t buy from them.
