For men, your product is extremely expensive to use 2x a week, and not reuseable. Learn your market, things will workout....

I originally intended to buy once. Instead was signed up for a subscription which I have tried several times to cancel with no success.

Color does last on beard and mustache no longer than 2 or 3 hot showers

My Color has been black with a touch salt pepper. My last application has been straight black. Not liking as much. Also the color last like a week

My partner went from a silver fox to a lego helmet head in one application. The colour was ridiculously too dark and left his hair with the most horrible texture a bit like straw. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Everyone loves my gray except me. No one wanted me to color my hair. I felt made me look older thank I am, I know I don’t look my age and my hair gray made me look older. I got colorsmith since it offered the ability to have some coverage instead of completely covering it. I colored my hair without telling anyone, my own wife and mother didn’t notice I colored it, no one in my life could tell. I colored my hair for me and I was the only one that could tell because it looked so natural. I love that the Demi permanent hair color gradually fades away so when the day comes that I’m ready to look older I won’t have an awkward grow out period.

Very questionable company.Sent product back after I did not know about subscription.6 weeks and still waiting for refund .

Misleading questions in making your plan. Suddenly I appeared to have a subscription of 4 weekly. I normally only paint once every 12 weeks. In addition, shipping to the continent takes a very long time....
Waste of product because you cannot determine the quantity yourself.
Customer service is rigid.

It says there is a £9.99 offer but it makes you subscribe for 19.99. I didn’t bother as just wanted to try it first. It just makes the company look like a con.

The color was too dark, I was looking for someting that allowed my gray to still be part of my hair.

Unfortunatley one day I saw an ad on instagram and ordered a sample. It ended up being a subscription and they deduct money from my account now all the time, whereas it was sold as a trial. The color itself and the process of coloring is bad. It is a huge scam

The colorist was very helpful in revising my color.

The whole process was super easy. I made zero mess, had zero stains. Most of all the color is perfect.

The color was way too dark. They tried to fix by sending me a lighter color at no charge, but it turned out to be darker that my original.
