The colour just doesn’t last… and they keep taking your money on a subscription model… just buy dye in a local store better and cheaper

Ordered ONE package for 11€. What a mistake...

After that, I was unaware of their plan, they kept sending me 5-7 packages for 30€ each. E-mailed them, logged in to my account, facebook message. Nothing works.

Called my bank and deleted my card. Only way stopping these scammers.

Product not even good. Your nearest mall has the same thing.

Color didn’t stick well

Agree with other comments, this is a ripoff. They sign you up for a subscription without saying it anywhere and then they start billing ridiculous amounts. The website does not work to allow you to cancel and there is no phone number. Eventually I have to tell my bank to cancel this. Avoid!

Great color matching. Wanted a camo blend and the match was excellent.

They are a scam, don't waste money on it. The color don't even work plus they will take money every month from your account.

I ordered this and when used left it on for 30mins more than normal when I washed it off there was very little covered. And I had not realised that I was in a subscription. When I realised this I tried cancelling it before they dispatched it but no they still posted it. Tried to return it with a lot of ping pong mail sent it back and paid postage when I got the refund I only received a 1/3 of it. They scammed me proper. Keep away from this company. They are thieves and scammers.

I'm very impressed with the color matching and natural look of the end result. I feel like the color lasts longer than my old brand. I initially thought that 20 minutes would be an inconveniently long time to color, but with a little fore planning, I've found it to be fine.

Not a bad product overall but the hype around it being individually coloured to you is just marketing speak. I used the product on a short beard and the effect only lasted a few days (I think that is more to do with the growth rate than the product though). My low score is that I only used a very small fraction of the product so is a huge waste of money. Unlike other products, you can't just mix the amount you need and then use the rest at a later date. Having asked, they don't do smaller bottles so overall it just felt like a lot of money for a small amount of product

Bad experience. Fraud!

First of all it did not cover ANY grey hairs!
But the worst part is that they scam you, no where in their ads or when you make a purchase do they tell you this is a subscription. They withdraw money from you without even telling you they did that. Thanks to PayPal I received my money back. But watch out this is a scam!

This product delivers nice natural results that are not monotone like other competing products on the market.
Their customer service answers is very helpful.

My face was swollen and stuff was oozing out of it. The results doesn't look very natural, you can tell the beard has been dyed. I hope it works for everyone else, it just wasn't for me.
