Good quality screen films and super fast delivery

I have used Colourbyte for a year now and have spent almost £2k with them for my business. I have been overall impressed with their A3 and A2 lustre paper and their pricing. There have been a few occasions where delivery boxes weren’t packaged well and the paper arrived creased, but they replaced these.

However, my recent box of A4 paper was cut at a noticeably wonky angle (when you line it up to a ruler there is a big diagonal gap), leaving my borderless prints with white margins as my Epson P900 cannot feed it through evenly. As I sell these prints directly to customers, I can’t simply trim the paper, as it would no longer be true A4, nor perfectly straight, and would not fit frames properly.

I complained about this and was told this level of incorrect cutting is within their “tolerance”. Unfortunately, it is not within my tolerance, nor my customers’. I had to request a refund myself, as they didn’t offer one despite my complaint, so their customer service was underwhelming and like getting blood out of a stone. While they were attentive and replied quickly, they seemed more adamant about proving this was standard for them, sending a whole email full of technical manufacturer jargon, rather than being proactive in either replacing or refunding the paper as I had asked. I didn’t need proof, I could see with my own eyes that the paper was cut wonky and didn't meet my expectations nor was it fit for purpose.

So just be warned: their paper manufacturing process seems to be hit and miss, and they don’t appear keen to remedy product issues, instead taking more of an “it’s just like that” attitude, leaving me no choice but to go elsewhere where I know the paper is cut correctly.

This Company is one of the best I've had the pleasure of finding. Being in business for 43 years selling Consumables I know a gold star company- they tick all the boxes- Friendly, Prices very good, Very prompt in resolving any issues - can't fault them in any way. I will
continue to use them for products.
