Terrible service
Terrible service, they advertise products and take payments for items they don't have in stock. Then inform you that backorders will take weeks to arrive. had to cancel order and buy elsewhere. Customers should be told before purchase if you cannot fulfil their orders, worse than useless and i am still waiting for my refund! Unbelievable! Avoid at all costs.

Magic Supplier!
Used Colourbyte as my main media supplier for several years now and can't praise them enough.
As expected with certain substrates, there's been issues causing headaches, and Colourbyte have always done what they can to resolve and replace immediately at times without question.
From the girls in the office dealing with my late in the day requests for next day drops, to Steve Giles assisting with technical issues, a credit to the company.
I'd recommend them to anyone.

Trusted suppliers.
Been buying from them for several years now. Had some ups and downs with substandard stock... But this is not their fault directly. They quickly and professionally resolve issues with replacements and notify the manufacturer of reported issues. all in all one of the best suppliers for the economy product range i use.
