So much confusion
It was necessary to return a sun shade sail cloth because of the wrong size. My money was refunded immediately!. However when I wanted to upgrade to a larger size that’s when the confusion began with poor customer service communication/. I was not sure what was going on. Maybe speaking to multiple people was given different information each time that I contacted Colourtree. Frustrating. They offer a beautiful product but trying to reorder was not pleasant! It’s been 3 weeks summer is almost over and have not received the product.

The product is very well made. Since the sail I ordered was not covering the whole opening I wanted to exchange the 12 feet sail for a 15 feet and pay the price difference. But the return policy stinks. I do not plan to buy again from this vendor.
