I attempted to get follow up with…

I attempted to get follow up with customer service around switching from one product to another - but got no response both times. Also, the replacement we received was cut incorrectly and was a poor fit for the supports that were already in place. Sadly, the finished look is somewhat sloppy as a result. The only upside is that we didn't have to pay for the replacements (although it is a sad commentary that both shade cloth triangles ripped within a 12-month period).

I can't wait for spring

I ordered their color samples and the yellow was everything I hoped it would be. I've ordered and received their 12' poles. As soon as we get another warm stretch I'll get those installed, so I can provide exact measurements for the shadesail. My backyard is going to be the envy of the neighborhood.

Your customer support is outstanding

Your customer support is outstanding. However, it took three attempts for me to receive your standard 6x10 screen. The first 2 where all in access of 10'2" one was 10 7". But we finally got it right and they fit great.

Customer service has been fantastic

Customer service has been fantastic from ColourTree. They corrected a mismade sail and have stood by their warranty when a sail ripped. I am very happy I chose this company for our shade sails!
