Difficult to rate
I placed the order by phone and whilst I was told that it would be on 4 week delivery, and it is now over 4 weeks later, there's been no communication during all that time EXCEPT for requests to rate them on Trustpilot.
It's rather difficult to rate unfinished transactions. Perhaps the requests shouldn't be sent out automatically

Firstly I would like to apologise for the lack of communication and I am disappointed to hear your comments on this subject as customer service is something we pride our selves on.
Communication and keeping our customers updated through the production process is key to our business
I have contacted the manufacturer and as discussed with you on the telephone, there has been a slight delay in transporting the radiators from Italy. Unfortunately this is something that is outside of our control but moving forward as discussed we will have delivery information for you the early part of next week.

Fast efficient and courteous service
We purchased two column radiators which arrived well within the expected time. After realising I had ordered the wrong size for one of them, they arranged collection and dispatched my new order to arrive within a couple of days. Quality of radiators seems good, although we haven't yet put them to the test to warm up our new room.

Even our installer was flummoxed as to how the supporting clips worked.
No problems with the radiator supplier. Website was simple and easy to use and delivery was on the correct day and time....

2 radiators ordered, paypal payment (required landline call confirmation) and the delivery happened the following day.
Fantastic radiators, well protected during delivery and now looking good in our home.

Just excellent, simple as that!
Radiators can be quite confising, well they are to me, what with the BTU's and columns, verticals, horizontals etc. Column Radiators 4 u make it simple.
Ordered 1 day arrived within 2, simple as that. Well priced, well packaged and efficiently delivered.
I have many more radiators to replace as we go through each room and will just purchase from CR4u instinctively without trawling the web to save a few pennies.
