Good products and Service

Easy to order. Delivery in two parcels confused me and meant waiting in all day for a small box of fittings! Otherwise lovely looking radiators and excellent help on phone when my plumber decided we needed some feet.

Poor customer service

I have no issues with the radiators, i have bought a few and no complaints. The issue i have is that they refused to refund/replace damaged radiator valves as i did not inform them of damage within 24 hrs. I didn't actually thoroughly inspect the items until i needed to use them. I have been in contact but they still refuse. I have more radiators to purchase and as a consequence of this poor service i will most likely look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback is very important to us. All reviews are seen by our managing director, any issues investigated by customer services, then reported to our general manager.

We did receive an email from you on 05/12/16, explaining that you wanted to return the valves due to courier damage. We investigated this for you and could see that the items were delivered and signed for 15 days before, on 21/11/16.

As explained to you in our email conversation we ask all customers to report any damage within 24 hours, to enable us to resolve the challenge quickly for our customers and to log a claim with our courier.

We are not unreasonable and understand that customers may not call us within an exact 24 hours due to weekends and other commitments, but in this case it was 2 weeks after the delivery took place. The parcel was signed for as all OK and nothing was mentioned at time of delivery of any damage.

Great radiator,shame about the valves

I bought a Cassius vertical radiator with ease after ringing up the store for some advice first about valves. It arrived the next day in pristine condition and looks great on my living room wall.

Unfortunately the valves reccommended do not fit the radiator, hence the title of the review.

Regarding your challenge with valves not fitting, I have tried to call you to discuss this and have left a voice-mail for you, as we would like to get this resolved and find out what could be causing this, as we have checked with the manufacturer and the valves that were ordered should fit the radiator.

Column radiator

Wanted a radiator in keeping with the house. This turned out to be , not only in keeping, but a lovely finish, also although small and compact, enough Btu,s to keep the room warm.

Fast efficient delivery but communication could have been better

Haven't had the radiators installed yet so can't comment on the product. Delivery was fast and staff were polite but communication could have been better. Was told I would get a call first thing in the morning to let me know whereabouts on their delivery run I was (so I could make sure I came home from work), but didn't hear anything. I called them in the afternoon and after a bit of chasing up was eventually told the radiators had been delivered already. Lucky my builders were there that day otherwise delivery wouldn't have been possible.

Great Service & Swift Delivery

Great service and swift delivery. 4 column rads delivered by pallet without any damage. Ends & sides well protected in polystyrene but face of rads is only covered in thick polythene so would be easy for damage to occur in transit.

I have ordered several things from this company and I find their service flawless and their products are excellent value and good quality.
