Column Radiators are based in Portsmouth but the delivery firm informed me they were coming from East Sussex. Consequently for 2 days the driver firm ran out of time, I eventually recieved the radiators on the third day, consequently waisting 2 days. I had also ordered feet to go with the radiators and these arrived only a few days after placing the order, good, the only thing was I was never informed that the delivery was going to be split. So COMMUNICATION would be good.

Simply order process, was disappointed the radiator was not in stock (even though it said it was) but they called me the next working day with a delivery time or an alternative. Would use again

Items came as stated online and in time. What more can you ask for.

The items where a little over priced but I could not get the size from anywhere else.

2015 - I looked at a number of sources before picking this. Wide range of styles and dimensions available and the two radiators I picked were delivered promptly with all fixtures and fittings.
Update 2023 - radiators have rusted, particularly around the valves, and blown the enamel. Professionally fitted by same person that did all other radiators in the house so it seems this product doesn't last.

I received the vertical column radiator within a week of placing my order which was great. I was contacted to let me know when it would be arriving to ensure that someone would be in the house on the day. In addition, I requested a further 2 x mounting brackets for the radiator and was willing to pay for those. These were duly supplied in the post within a couple of days "free of charge". I am now waiting for my plumber to fit the radiator in the near future but it seems to be very good quality. I would recommend "ColumnRadiators4U" to anybody looking to buy a radiator.

I received my column radiator with legs as requested but the legs were a different shade in colour to the radiator, also, the legs were a complete mismatch.

Bought a large Classic 4 column radiator from Radiators 4U. Very positive. Every member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable, particularly Nick. Radiator value arrived next day and radiator arrived 3 days later. Lady from warehouse called day before delivery and instructed the driver to call one hour before ETA (he forgot to call, but was very nice and helpful when he arrived).

The radiator looks great and the finish is excellent. One issue with items received, the brackets (in a sealed bag) supplied to mount the radiator didn't contain the screws to put into the wall, despite the documentation listing them. When I spoke to Radiators 4U they said that they don't supply this as the type of screw required depends on the type of wall its being mounted on (brick, plasterboard etc). However, since it was being mounted onto a brick wall Nick spoke to the manufacturer and arranged for the screws to be sent directly in the post, by first class. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until 4 days later, by which time the plumber I had booked had been and fitted the radiator using his own screws (fortunately he had suitable ones). Perhaps a note on the website might be useful stating that these will not be supplied would be helpful.

Other that that minor point, I would have give 5 stars, very happy with the service and product received. Thanks

What a great company to deal with! I needed a radiator in a hurry and they pulled out all the stops to help me. The sales staff were helpful in helping me to decide what would be best for my room and took the time to speak to their warehouse to check date and times for me. The item was delivered on time as promised and is fantastic. Without doubt I would recommend this company and will always buy my radiators here in the future.

I have recently purchased 5 column radiators, 4 coloured and 1 white. The customer service on the telephone was second to none and the radiators were delivered within a few days. The quality is exceptional and I am pleased with the overall service and the radiators.

I contacted Column Radiators 4U a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Nick Hives-Wood about purchasing 5 new radiators for my newly painted flat in SW4 London. He advised me that the standard colour the radiators came in (Traffic White) had a slightly greyish tint to it so if I wanted, as I requested, a pure brilliant white to match the brilliant white of the skirting boards that I should pay an extra £800 to have them sprayed Pure White. I checked this against the Pure White on the website and was fairly happy with the colour and went with Nick's advice (after all, he is the salesperson and should be familiar with all the products and colours that he is selling). When the radiators arrived I was horrified to discover that the Pure White radiators were in fact not pure white at all but a creamy white that didn't match the paint work at all or the colour swatch on their website. I contacted Column Radiators 4U and they completely washed their hands of the situation and simply said "you do have what you have ordered though." And left it at that. They were entirely against either tying to help or rectify the situation and lay the blame entirely at my feet. They have shown absolutely no interest in rectifying the situation or helping me to achieve a resolution. I do several renovations every year but have never experience such a callous disregard for customer service in my life. I will never use this company again and I urge you to think twice about doing so. I now have £2,500 worth of useless radiators sitting on the floor thanks to the lack of knowledge and assistance of the staff at Column Radiators 4U.

Update: I spoke with Paul at length and we came to a compromise agreement. I feel he tried to rectify the situation as much as possible. There are/were issues on both sides of the ordering process which I have taken away with me for the future.

I ordered a 4 column radiator and pair of valves from this company on a Friday evening. By the following Tuesday the valves had arrived and because I had arranged for my plumber to fit the radiator a few days later I telephoned the company to ask when it would arrive. The young man I spoke to - I think his name was Sam - could not have been more helpful. He promised to get in touch with the radiator supplier and let me know, which he did. Hence the radiator arrived in time for the plumber on the Friday. I am very impressed with this company and will use them again and also recommend them.

Customer service and advice is excellent and the products seem very good value for money, this is the second order we have placed and we will certainly be buying more in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.
