After having received the laptop, for a friend, I did`nt realise at the time of purchase it was a refurb product. I contacted you regarding returning it, and you advised it was OK. Laptop was returned, received by Combro Tech and a refund given. Faultless service.

I needed a more up to date laptop to run my Serato DJ software. Saw a Dell Latitude on their site at a low price. Being a 68 year old sceptic, my first thought was it's too good to be true and a scam. I decided to give it a go. Well, the laptop and service are fantastic! Laptop was as described and fitted with extra RAM. Delivered before 8 am next business day. Brilliant.

I bought from this company as they came across as more professional on their website. They guaranteed there would be no major cosmetic damage to their refurbished laptops and that they would come with their original parts. Other websites had a bit of an ‘it’s second hand so you’ll get what you’re given’ attitude.

Laptop arrived well packaged, looks pretty much as good as new and, so far, works well.

The first day my laptop was delivered the driver could not access into my premise but after communicating with the customer service all went well. In addition the laptop is working perfectly

I did not get the upgrade I paid for. The laptop was returned and this error was put right. This actually cost me time and money because only £15 postage was paid back to me The intended birthday present lost its shine. Despite this I am happy with the machine and understand mistakes happen.
