Mattress issue

I ordered a mattress in 2020 and know its 2022 June. My mattress has split in the foam on both my side and husbands. Due to the mattress my husband is having body pains. I have been emailing since November 2021 but no reply. I am not happy with this company as I have 15 years guarantee but as no one is replying I can't get this issue sorted. I would have attached pics but there is no option here.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the courier losing and then not delivering my pillow (it's still lost somewhere) but Sarah sorted out a new shipment for me that arrived really quickly. The pillow is so so fluffy and super comfortable!

Don’t buy if you like to cuddle in bed!

Don’t buy if you like a cuddle in bed!
After a short while the mattress has permanently indented where our not so heavy bodies lie so there is a high bump separating us so we can’t even get close in bed. The spring back of the memory foam is no longer and my hip dips in uncomfortably now. You can’t turn the mattress over either so can’t even start again on the other side. A shame as I do love the pillow!

Loved the pillow!

Loved the pillow! It’s honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on and have been recommending it to family and friends. Company is also wonderful and respond back ASAP if you have any questions. Highly recommended!

After 6 months the love had gone :(

I loved my mattress... at first. After only 6 months the indent left by our bodies (we are not heavy) is permanent and when we turn it as advised it just feels odd as our lower halves sink into the old indent which doesn’t expand back up so now both ends have indents. The indent annoying as now our hips sit deep into the mattress where it feels quite hard and we both wake up with dead, achey hips. Such a shame as like most early reviews we loved it at the start.

Like mini clouds of brilliance

I received two pro pillows just over a week ago and my husband and I have had some of the best nights sleep since starting to use them. The structured memory foam side works well for me as I have neck issues and subluxation following an accident 10 years ago. The cool side works well for my husband who gets a bit hot and restless during the night. Overall it’s a win win in our house and we throughly recommend them!

Don’t buy this mattress it’s nothing…

Don’t buy this mattress it’s nothing like the photo ! The service is even worse very rude and unhelpful ! Returned the mattress as is was nothing like described and damaged inside and only got part of my money back and accused of folding the mattress which I never did! Then told the money was deducted for collection which also I was never told ! Asked several times for a manager to contact me which still has never happened ! You can’t speak to anyone it’s all through chat or email which is hardly replied to !! The company is a joke and so is the mattress and they couldn’t care less if your unhappy ! Worst company

We record and monitor and log all telephone and written communication between customers and our staff for quality and training purposes. Just to add context to this review, we responded 17 times by written communication and 3 further telephone communication to resolve the issue within a 2 week period during the Christmas period. We went beyond what our terms and conditions states by allowing a return and refund of the mattress even after the product was opened. Furthermore, constantly cancelling the collection and then calling and emailing us to say the mattress was collected when it wasn’t added to the confusion and delay in completing your refund, which from our side was completed within 2 working days of item reaching our depot. You were getting upset as you could not see it on your account on a weekend which was also explained to you 4 times that it can take 5-7 days to reflect on your card account- something that is normal practice by all card companies. Lastly, we issued you a refund minus a collection charge as per our terms and conditions which was explained to you. Therefore, this review is factually inaccurate and does not show an honest reflection of the experience.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing!

I loved the packaging and the pillow was so amazing very soft but firm when laying on it ! I always got neck pain from my old pillows but with this pillow I felt it helped me position myself correctly.. I literally sleep like a new born baby !

It was definitely worth every penny!

Big fan of the Pillow Pro!

Quick delivery and the pillows really are great! Really like the additional insert you can take out/put in if you need a little less/extra support.

The perfect mattress

I purchased the comfasleep king mattress in June, and thought I’d leave a review after a few months for a thorough and genuine experience. Over the years I have found that a mattress that I initially found very pleasing became unbearable after just a few weeks of use. I was recommend a comfasleep mattress from a friend of the family who told me of the sleep fit technology used to provide the client with a bespoke mattress. A mattress that conforms to your physical parameters. Having had a great back and forth with the team at comfasleep I was assigned the perfect sleeping partner! It arrived on time and took a day or so to fully rise from its boxed state. 6 months down the line I can say that I never once woke up the next morning in pain. It’s perfect. The sleep fit technology seamlessly does what it’s supposed to do. Had I known about this company sooner it would have saved me a lot of searching that ultimately proved futile.

Thank you comfasleep for providing such a great service and a product that truly has my vote of confidence!

Can’t rave about these pillows enough

Can’t rave about these pillows enough. Got one for myself and my partner kept taking it off me so had get him one too. We both love them, so soft and supportive. Looking to get some more for Christmas present for my family. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company.

Updated/edited review following response from Comfasleep.
I am leaving the original review but wanted to add that I have increased stars from 1 to 3 but think it's important to have a range of viewpoints.
All other 'Bed in a Box' companies offer a return if the bed doesn't suit. Comfasleep is (I think) the only one that does not. I decided to take the risk based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately this clearly hasn't paid off, and I am now stuck with a super king sized mattress I can do nothing with. I had assumed I would be able to change it for a different softness if it didn't work for us - I don't feel it was made clear that I would not in this case.
Using technology to apparently choose the perfect mattress makes sense in theory but in our case proves that this doesn't always work - my husband and I are pretty similar in terms of height and weight and sleeping position but I liked this mattress and he absolutely hated it. It has a lot more memory foam than we expected - the springs aren't apparent on sleeping on it.
My learning point from this is that buying a mattress online without trying it is a risk. I wish I hadn't taken that chance but there's not much I can apparently do about that now.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with Comfasleep. I initially found communication good with the instant chat on the website. It was via this I was advised of an NHS discount for which I was very grateful as a busy NHS doctor.
The first delivery of my mattress did not happen - the delivery company called on the day to say they had lost my (superking sized) mattress. Comfasleep didn't know and didn't contact me. I needed to get in touch with them to find out what on earth was happening.
They were very apologetic and sorted it out for me quickly. But the delay was very frustrating as I had already prepared the bedroom for the new arrival.
Once we got the mattress, it took a long time to inflate.
I personally found it comfortable. But unfortunately my husband was unable to tolerate it. It is really quite soft on the top - very memory foamy. It feels more like a memory foam mattress than a hybrid.
So I contacted Comfasleep who said to try it for at least 60 days to get used to it. Fine.
But my husband is still very uncomfortable and had to start sleeping in the spare room.
So I contacted comfasleep again who informed me this time that I can not exchange it on the 100 day sleep exchange due to the NHS discount - I should have read the Ts and Cs when I was offered it.
The original chat transcript clearly discussed my concerns about needing an exchange if it isn't right and then advising me of the discount, never at any point advising that the exchange would not happen if I took the discount.
So I am now stuck with a superking sized mattress that I cannot use and am rather out of pocket.
I find it difficult to understand how there are so many positive reviews. I was also told there had only been 2 returns out of over 500 mattresses sold, so can only assume that's because there are people like me who are unable to return their mattress.
I don't recommend this company and my experience leaves me feeling that the only way to get the right mattress is to go to a shop and try them. Leaving it down to technology clearly doesn't work.
I feel very frustrated. The email offering the NHS discount says the following:
Lastly we want to thank you for the amazing work you and your colleagues have done and doing for us, we know it’s a very hard time for all and especially in your field.
We all appreciate your effort here at ComfaSleep.

Well maybe if that was true you would help me out here.

Like sleeping on a cloud!

I have been using these pillows for the last 3 weeks and they’ve been amazing. So many options to suit how you sleep, the memory foam side is like sleeping on a cloud and I have been sleeping much better! Essential for a good nights sleep!

Definitely recommend!

Great service, delivery and product. I stumbled across these guys on the Internet and I saw some recommendations on Instagram. And they are true to their word. I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud with our new king mattress. Look forward to trying out the pillows and duvet next!
