They sent me a used and dirty frame

They sent me a used and dirty frame - covered in dust, flimsy frame, and the glaze scratched. Tried to resolve and messaged them 7 times. They keep ignoring or replying with generic messages. Really unprofessional. They seem to have good reviews. I can only think they randomly send out poor products and try to get away with it.

Would use again.

I ordered my frames and was contacted that the size of frame I had ordered. Would not work with thickness I had selected.
They upgraded the to a thicker version FOC.

The frames came quickly and are exactly ordered.

Would use again.

Perfect sized frame

Great. Just as I wanted. Easy to order through the site. Picked the size and frame type. Ordered paid and bingo arrived very quickly. All wrapped up nicely and secure.
Quality is great. Pick looks fab up on my wall.
I highly recommend using this company.

Great Experience

Ordered four frames in differing sizes and with different mount options. Order arrived quickly, well-packaged and exactly as described. Quality is great, frames are easy to assemble.

I now have a total of 11 frames from eFrames in my house and wouldn't go anywhere else.
