Extremely great value for money! The frame is high quality and really gorgeous. They shipped it quickly, and it was delivered really well packed.

I had a non-standard sized poster that needed a frame, and this was by far the most affordable option for something truly stunning

The variety of styles and colours made me keen to try Picture Frame Express for a custom sized frame intended for a woodblock print I had bought in Japan many years ago. The first frame arrived and despite their clear and very best efforts, was slightly cracked owing to some poor courier handling. Upon contact the team at Picture Frame Express apologised profusely even though this was likely not their fault, and offered immediately to send a new frame to me completely free of charge. The frame arrived today and it is all I hoped for. Can, would and do recommend them to all interested.

Unfortunately my last 2 orders have not been a great experience with this company shame as i have spent a fair bit of money with them over the years but no more.
Last order frame was sent 4mm out square i got questioned even though i had explained I've have been in the wood industry for over 30 years had to send photo's and even send the frame back before another frame had been made and sent out to me and i think if i hadn't of asked where my replacement was i would of had to wait longer.

This order which i still have not got I've just been told today has been sent to the wrong person so now i have to wait longer so they can get it back and then forward it on to me.

No compensation offered or discount off of next order for my inconvenience in fact because of my inconvenience i had to ask for a discount off this last order and did get one after a few days worth of emails.

We will wait and see how this order turns up but i think ill be looking elsewhere.

I can not rate this company enough, not only on their quality but the fact they are testament to what first class service looks like.
I was badly let down at the last minute by a company on Etsy called 'pictureframeonline'. I contacted Mark who was able within days to create me a very large bespoke box frame to hold medals, photos etc. I ordered Wed 29th Oct and he was able to turn it around and deliver Sat 1st Nov in time for a very award presentation I needed it for. But that's not it. I was contacted to say, the frame would be delivered by courier on the Friday! Amazing and would buy me more time to assemble the frame with the contents. But that's still not it... I was contacted to say the delivery driver had had a fit on the motorway and ended up in the central reservation and off to hospital (thank god he was OK). Mark, knowing how important this was, drove to the depot, had to fight to convince the courier depot that he was the original sender in order to get the frame released, he then drove it to my front door! Who does this sort of thing - in this day and age? I mean seriously, this company really are a class outfit. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

You can tie your time to upload your image of pictures and see roughly how they will look.
All frames are well packaged and dispatched with tracking. It’s perfect.
