Mounts cut perfectly to size and shipped before expected and in protective packaging.
Overall great service for a reasonably priced company.

Following an order to easyframe.co.uk (not to be confused with easy-frame.co.uk or eframe.co.uk), I wanted to express my thanks to a company that gives excellent customer service.
Having used easyframe in the past with very good results, I had no hesitation in using their online system to upload my picture before experimenting with various sizes and colours of frame and mounts. This is a great way to see what your picture will look like in the finished frame.
Once decided, I placed the order online - easy!
Then a couple of minutes later while going through the email confirmation that I was sent, I realised I had ordered the wrong thickness and colour of frame (too much fun experimenting and not enough attention to detail!). I immediately 'phoned easyframe and within a few minutes a very helpful lady called Kerry had sorted out the correct frame, assured me that the price I had paid would remain the same despite the new choice being 40 pence dearer and sent me a corrected confirmation email.
The order was placed on Tuesday 7 April and was delivered Friday 10th properly wrapped and protected in a substantial cardboard box.
The frame and mounts were exactly as ordered but when I fitted the picture in the frame, I noticed that the non-reflective acrylic glazing that I had asked for was reflecting light and badly distracting from the mounted picture. At 18:39 on 10th, I sent a query to easyframe asking if they had supplied the wrong glazing. At 19:13 I got a reply from Rob asking me to flip the acrylic glazing sheet over and check the reflections.
It turns out that the anti-refective surface is only on one side and the result when positioned correctly is superb!

Purchased once before and items were damaged, purchased recently , item did not show up, and now waiting for the delivery guy to go back to the wrong property to track the frames down and re delivery. 5 days late and counting - They constantly ignore questions asked, that would speed up the situation is infuriating , they replied on this platform first instead of actually updating me of the situation, and after the refund refused to send a replacement of provide any other service because of this bad review, pretty sure thats illegal.. is disappointing service again

After getting an eye wateringly expensive price from a local framer I came to Easy frame. Their price was close to one third of the local framer and the ordering process was very straightforward. The service was lightning fast and the quality of the product is excellent.

A great experience, from start to finish.

The Easyframe website allows you to upload and store images of paintings, have them printed (I didn't),
choose a frame, place the order and have it delivered.

I ordered on a Wednesday and received delivery the following Monday. Generous quantity discount (I ordered 14 float frames). Loyalty points. Free delivery over £50. Very helpful customer service.

The quality of workmanship, especially noting the clean and tight mitre joints and the quality of the wood was excellent.

Also included were the D rings, screws and string for hanging, plus Velcro discs for mounting the canvasses in the frame.

All packed up very securely in recyclable material and no plastic.

Good quality frames and a great price, too. The dimensions are absolutely spot-on, to the millimetre. The order was fulfilled extremely quickly and arrived in perfect order, due in no small part to the excellent, protective packaging. I definitely recommend Easyframe and will be using them again.
