Nina was very responsive to taking care of my exchange.

5 star customer support. Nina was attentive and diligent to my needs and expeditiously and fully solved my issue.
My original order was delivered in a size too small.

I was instructed to provide a review of 5 stars and to mention Nina by name. In exchange, I would be provided replacement with a different size and would not have to return the shoes I had originally received.
The replacement shoes were received weeks later and they are too small.
I’m not going to bother trying an exchange again. I would return them for a refund, but the cost to ship them back to Hong Kong would probably cost half of what I paid for the shoes. Not worth the cost, time and inconvenience.
Beware, if you order these shoes and want to return them, you will have to pay to ship them back to the manufacturer in Hong Kong!

I am Very Disappointed in the shoes...They are basically wide canvas boat shoes!

1) the arch support is Sub Standard, or non existent with out insoles..
2) there is no side or ankle support, this makes them unstable in uneven surface conditions..
3) doubt they will stand up to any long term usage...
4) the tongue does not stay positioned well at all and becomes uncomfortable Very Easy...

They are only good for slippers, and that is how I will use them...

the shoe is stylish but lack any firm construction , soft soft sides the feet slide around , , no support at all ,especially when walking . very disappointed ,

This company has been wonderful to work with. My original order arrived but due to my very wide foot, the shoes were too narrow. I contacted customer service and they responded right away. I have been working with a lady named Nina who had me take pictures of my foot with the shoes and she has given me the option on a shoe better suited to my foot for an exchange. Great customer service!

I like how they slip on and how light they are but still give support to my feet.

Nina in customer service was so great she never gave up on solving the problem and coming to a great solution to it. What makes it so good besides that is that I knew when I sent an email, I was going to get an answer. Not once did I have to ask twice what a great feeling. The are great and will get more as needed in time.

Very good customer support. When placing my order I accidentally hit the wrong size. I got in touch with Nina and has been very helpful and understanding. Nina walked me through the steps and I will soon have the correct size.

Nina has been helping us with our order. Shoes were too big and they are going to exchange. Waiting on new size. Shoes look great but no tags in or on shoes anywhere. Looking forward to Comfofeet getting this corrected, but Nina has been very communicative.

I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes and I can tell you they are not worth the money. They are very cheaply made. They are not comfortable. I bought these thinking that they would help with orthopedic comfort in mind and for what they claim is completely false. I have asked for a refund twice only one person reached out saying they'd give me 20% off to stop me from returning these shoes. I rejected the offer and have heard nothing back. My order number is 63666. I would avoid ordering anything on this site they guarantee money back but then avoid contact with you. I will be contacting the BBB about the false advertisement they have listed on their site.

These are the most comfortable shoes. I recommend you try them out. I have purchase 4 pair of these shoes and light in your feet. Katherine has been so kind to work with. Their customer service is very prompt in responding.
