I've learned that ordering personal items like clothing or...let's say shoes on-line can be problematic. My order from COMFOFEET arrived and the shoes were WAY too big. Nobody's fault but it truns out they use EU sixing as opposed to US. I was contacted by Lorna from COMFOFEET who took the time to walk me through the exchange process. Minimal hassle and I'm anxiously awaiting my new shores (in the correct size), This company was been a pleasure to work with, Thanks, Lorna!

Their Money back guarantee is a sham! they require you to pay to ship them back to China within 14 days AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE! Which costs almost as much as the shoes!
The shoes were way too big, frayed strings and flimsy. I would like to show a photo of how bad they are.
After receiving the shoes I ordered I had a problem with the fit. I have extra wide feet and as a result the shoes I ordered were too tight. I contacted customer service about the issue. Lorna the Customer Service Representative was quick to respond and helped me with ordering replacements. I’m looking forward to receiving the replacements and trying them out. Thank you again for the great customer service.

We ordered four pairs of shoes that were unfortunately too big. I emailed customer service, and Ruth was incredibly helpful and responsive in getting the issue resolved. She guided us through selecting the correct size. Once we confirmed the size, she took care of the exchange instantly!

My shoes arrived and were to large, the Euro sizing was confusing to me. Katherine was very helpful and took care of the issue by sending out the correct size. Also said that I could give my shoes away or donate them.

Shoes ordered were too small. By the size guide, they should have been fine but I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I went up a full size from the guide. Katherine in customer service has been great in getting new shoes shipped. Would definitely order from here again especially now I know h the e correct size to order.

Ordered 4 pair of the slip ons no bending. Took a long time to get them. I have a pair of the originals, should have ordered those instead. Not as tight of a fit, more flexibility.

Shoes are good but those elastic laces don't make it. And I did need to put in a other pair of insoles to make the shoe walk better. Will see how they walk and feel later.

I ordered two pair. I wear custom insoles with one foot raised due to leg length. It didn't fit the shoe good. They also looked cheaply made. Coming from China, yeah. I tried another arch support I have, and it didn't feel good. I asked for a refund, and I would have to send them to The Netherlands. Really? Not worth it. Save your money and don't buy. Not worth the trouble. I guess I'll have to donate them.
Doing mail order for things such as shoes is somewhat risky as far as fit. My order fit perfect, I then ordered for my wife she has a wide foot..hers did not fit.
You return process is far and above most on-line purchases.
Katherine is excellent at customer service, great at fast email correspondence.
