This company claims that their shoes have a wide toe box...they don't. They are very narrow shoes and they are like walking on concrete when you aren't. For what they cost...a waste of money. On the positive, they look nice... that's about it. Their inserts are hard Styrofoam and if you buy inserts to replace theirs make sure to get narrow inserts as there is no support on the sides of the shoes so standard inserts push the sides out. For the money I should have just went to a big box store and spent $20 ...I might have gotten better shoes.

Working with Lorna in customer service has been very helpful. She is helping me get replacements for shoes that didn’t fit. I love the shoes. Need to be a little wider. Lorna is great help.

This is my 2nd purchase of 4 comfofeet as they as they are so comfortable, so ordered another 4 pair in black soles. On my 2nd order there was a mix-up, notified them and Nina the rep responded back the next day, had a couple of questions and got back to me the next day again. Nina the rep is really fast with responses and great to work with in solving my issues. definitely a repeat customer

Iwas amazed at how comfortable these shoes are. From the moment I put them on, they became the best shoe i have ever bought. I used to wear Mephisto shoes and thought they were the best.

The shoes are great, but when I tried them on they were too small. I reached out to ask about exchanging them for a larger size. Lorna responded quickly and helped me through the process. Excellent customer service!

When I placed the order for my shoes, I actually ended up ordering to large a size. When I contacted them about doing an exchange they were on top of it immediately. Ruth has been a great help to me through out this process and made it extremely easy. This has been some of the best customer service that I have ever received from any company. I highly recommend Comfofeet to anyone with diabetes neuropothy for shoes. Excellent company with excellent people.

Just got my shoes and inserts... The shoes fit well and look really good. The inserts do not fit very well they keep moving in the shoe, I think I waisted my money on them!!

These shoes looks so comfortable, but I ordered the wrong size. Working with Lorna on a replacement size has just fantastic. I would really recommend this company, all aspect of dealing with them has been good.

I have received great customer support in getting an exchange for a bigger size. Niña from customer service has “walked” me through the process! I like the design of the shoes and already have a pair I wear every day!

They are based in Hong Kong. That should tell you all you need to know. You will not get a replacement, and the will, certainly, send you the wrong sized shoe. They offload the stock they can't sell because they have no concept of non-asian metrics and distributions, and you get stuck with size 13-15 shoes when you ordered size 10

I like the fact that they stand by their guarantee to back up their product. I don’t like that they will only correspond by email I believe we could have taken care of my order much quicker by a phone call. As per the product itself I have not yet had a chance to wear them but I have given to pairs to my employees and they love them. Looking forward to getting my own asap.
