I originally brought a hoodie - size was too small - got an exchange and it now fits perfectly. In all, the travel hoodies give comfort and ease, plus with all the pockets, you honestly won't need a bag to carry. 10/10 😃😃😃💯💯💯

They refund is only in a gift card you they do not offer your money back!
I liked the item but it was too big. I was going to return and order a smaller size but have been put off with their policy.
Item quality was good but you need to be very sure you are going to keep any orders.
To return the item shipping cost was 50% of the price if the item.

Placed an order but realised straight away I had made a mistake. I emailed them maybe 3 minutes later to be told the order was for goods in stock and it could not be cancelled. Not only can I not cancel but I'll have to return the item, will not receive a refund and the credit can only be used for the same item in a different colour or size. I cannot understand how this is allowed this day and age and actually though they had to offer a cancellation or refund if goods are purchased online by law.

I ordered a hoodie, then realised I had inadvertently purchased the version without the zipper. As shipping time is lengthy, I reordered the zipped version. I had thought I could return the unzipped item for a refund but after a lengthy exchange with Comfrt (some answers by A.I. Not a person) it appeared that even though I ordered the second hoody, they would not offer anything other than store credit or exchange for a further hoodie. Given the prohibitive cost of returning the item (entirely borne by the customer, and being nearly half the price paid for the item) it appears that their policy is designed to discourage customers from returning items. I would not buy from this company again. No confidence in their customer service

Don’t do it. Quality is mid at best, the cut and shape is unflattering and unappealing. In Canada we have to pay for shipping to return and THEN you only get a store credit - at a place I wouldn’t buy from again if you gave it to me for free. So damn disappointed. I wish I had researched more before I purchased. DONT DO IT.

Customer service is horrible! I had ordered some lounge shorts but some how the order duplicates. I contacted the company right away. I was told they can't cancel an order but I can refund for store credit. I told them I don't need 2 of exactly everything I just ordered. I got an well I'll send a message but you'll probably have to return for store credit. This is absolutely bull shit!

They have the best customer service quick to reply and always accommodating trying to make their customers happy. Their sweatshirts are so comfortable and come in so many colors it’s hard to just choose one.

My dog and I love our comfrt hoodies!! The comfiest sweatshirt you’ll ever wear that just so happens to match your furry friend. Can’t recommend enough!

Super soft, cosy and comfy travel zip sweater! I ended up ordering another one in a different color

First and foremost, shipping was ridiculously fast. I placed my order Sunday April 12th and received it in the mail April 14th. The fit and feel is incredible, perfect for lounging around the house, running errands, or traveling.

This is the most comfy sweat set I’ve ever worn. The outside is soft, so far doesn’t stain easily, and completely hugs you. The inside is a nice soft fleece. I can’t wait to try their other products!

My new favourite hoody! I had been wanting one of the travel hoodies for ages after seeing them advertised and I finally went for it in the Spring sale and grabbed the matching joggers too! As soon as I tried them on I didn't want to take them off! They are so comfortable and I will definitely be getting more!!

Had to return for smaller size and was given a credit instead. Not happy due to the fact that I had to pay for shipping and taxes again when I reordered. Then they listed the order as delivered, yet it was nowhere to be seen. They claim that they do not do anything for packages damaged or lost during shipping.

the package arrived on time and I receive updates every step of the way! I got an airplane mode hoodie and matching trousers and they are both great! the material is soft and really cozy, the fit is very comfy and the color Berry is beautiful!

Absolutely love every single piece I've ordered. The sets are big, soft, super cozy, yet they don't make me feel overly hot. It's so crazy because they feel heavy and light at the same time. I have bought some for my whole family and plan on getting the blanket next. Definitely recommend. It has held up nicely through several washes, still as soft as when I first got my order.
