Purchased an item from them while I was decorating then when I opened it was missing 2 fittings so emailed them but was over the 30 days by 2 days so I have to go to DIY shop and by them and that’s all they were going to do for me, poor after sales and very unprofessionalism in keeping the customer happy now I have an item which is faulty

From start to finish I've had a fantastic service from Comfy Homes. The items were delivered promptly and very professionally by their 2 delivery men who were very patient and careful whilst carrying the extremely heavy furniture through the house. All of the items we've received are of outstanding quality. And were considerably cheaper than other companies for the exact same items.
Overall I can't fault them 1 single bit and won't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Best quality- prompt delivery

I ordered a king size bed frame in plush steel colour with ottoman box last Sunday and received it yesterday evening. They prepared a highest quality bed frame with a fraction of high street prices and delivered it 3 days. What else some one get, definitely buy from them again and do recommend.

Just had my Milano set come through, measurements were on point as described and looks better in person than compared to the pictures online. Great finish and surprised at how quick the service was for large furniture to come through. The delivery team were great and professional too. Don't give many reviews but will definitely be back to shop again.

Do NOT BUY FROM HERE.
They have sent me wrong product all their fault, yet I am supposed to drag this huge box, that came by courier to a Hermes shop.
Then wait til they receive it before sending out correct product.
They dont answer emails and ignore Facebook msg.
RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Still trying to sort out, but as they dont answer its impossible.

No it wasn't written in haste, and if customer services bothered to contact customers they would understand the issues.

Non of the first emails were responded too and most when they were were after 72hrs. I think the response came via their Facebook page and not my emails!
Not going to bother arguing as you can see it took them this long to bother to look into it properly! And most of their write up isn't true, never received an apology just I can return the item! Well of course I could you sent a lions Head Plaque instead of a pair of vases!!!
I kept the item that I had originally ordered when it eventually came. But still stick by what I said. I would not purchase from them again.

I received my drawer chest a couple of days ago and I'm so happy with it. It's a beautiful, well made furniture! The customer service was perfect. They were happy to reschedule the delivery according to my plans, so I can have it before Christmas. On the delivery, the carriers carefully unpacked the item so we can check that everything is ok and they carried it inside my house since I was alone - Always minding the Covid safety restrictions. They were very polite and they advised me to contact them if I have any problems with the item.
I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back to Comfy Homes for the next one. 🙂

Great console table and excellent service. Delivered a couple of days after ordered. We couldn’t be in so the delivery men put in a safe place, checked the item was ok, resealed the package and then added a waterproof cover in case of rain. Thank you 👏

This place is ideal for home furniture, whether it's for the bedroom to dining room or living room, you can't go wrong, i must say the staff and management are always polite and friendly. Will definitely be going back for a few other items

Would recommend without hesitation

Bought a few bits from these guys, a picture, chair, bed and some ornaments for the living room. Really pleased with them all and the service. It was straight forward and quick, highly recommended
