No problem easy and quick returns
I ordered 5 medium sized pairs. 5 arrived M and 1 arrived XL. The returns process was simple and the replacement pair arrived quickly with no problems.

Sizing problem
Great pants. Worth five stars but I'm knocking one off because the sizing advice was woeful. Having a 37-inch waist, I ordered three pairs at 2XLas suggested. Much too big: so I swapped the two unworn pairs for 1XL. Better: but it wasn't until I ordered an extra pair at L (supposedly 32-34ins) that they fitted properly.

Great product and customer service
Came across this company when looking for briefs for hot weather/exercise for my husband. Bought a single pair of Performance briefs to try and he’s very happy with them. Obviously more expensive than standard briefs, but not as expensive as others he has, so when offered a reduction for a further purchase, we got another 2 pairs. Still to be tested in a hot climate but so far they’re washing, wearing well and the name fits! Customer service great, with good communication and quick service. Definitely recommend.
