Very happy with the Ottoman Zip-Link…

Very happy with the Ottoman Zip-Link beds and the delivery process. Only disappointment, the website was not clear on what headboards to purchase for the Zip-Link beds, so didn't order them.

Double Divan bed

The Double Divan bed was well priced and offered a large selection of fabric covering.
Delivery was prompt, helpful and courteous.
The bed is strong and well made.
I have no hesitation in recommending Comfy Beds.

Awful service.I Do not recommend them !

Awful service. They did not collect the old bed and kept the £50 charge refusing to refund! The law requires you to refund for undelivered service!It was not explicitly stated that the bed had to be dismantled .

We are sorry to read your comments, however the collection could not be completed because the bed had not been disassembled prior to the arranged visit. We also provided proof that this requirement was clearly displayed at the time of purchase via email.

After this was shared with you, you then referred to us as a scam, which we do not feel is a fair reflection of the situation.

UPDATE:
As previously advised, we sent you a screenshot via email from the point of purchase which explicitly stated that the bed needed to be dismantled prior to collection.

As per our terms and condition failed service add ons are non refundable.

the worst customer service ever

the worst customer service ever . no one to call to find out where orders are in the system . last minute planning for deliveries,. tracking does not work on delivery day. how can there be no customer service for orders placed. of course there will be complete denial which is why the service is in the condition it is.
my second and last order with this company.

Ordered a zip and link superking bed…

Ordered a zip and link superking bed and was delivered about 10 days later. We paid extra for the delivery team to assemble which they did. Once they left i put my mattress on and 1 the lid never stayed up so when you lifted and ket go it cane down and 2 the lids were not connected together. We called comfybeds who said as the zip and link ottoman bed is 2 single beds joined together they are only fitted with 400n gas pistons as per there website ( but in fact website says fitted wirh 600n gas pistons) and there should have been bolts to connect lids, the said they would send the parts out but wouldn't tell me when they were sending them or when someone would come fit them as that's what I paid for. So I got a bed that I can't use for its intended purpose and not as described yet they are doing nothing to help, so im now trying to get bed sent back but low and behold they ignoring all emails. Don't but from this company, absolutely shocking to deal with

Great quality bed

Dreadfully disappointed

Dreadfully disappointed. Ordered zip and link firm mattresses after getting advice from the online message chat. Lovely delivery guys. Mattresses are terrible. Far too soft, no support. After just a couple of months they both sag in the middle a collapse at the edges. Sent several emails which were ignored. Offered an exchange (at a cost of £75 return delivery and 50% restocking fee). I explained an exchange was not an option as its was the only firm mattress option listed. Then received a message saying matter is closed. Awful. Left with poor quality unsupportive mattresses and a husband now suffering back pain and having to wear a support at night. Avoid

You contacted us around 5 months after delivery regarding the mattresses. As advised, firmness is subjective and mattresses can also soften with use over time. Despite this, we still offered a resolution in line with our returns policy, including an exchange option, but this was declined.

We do take customer queries seriously and do not ignore concerns. Your case was responded to based on the information provided and in accordance with our policy.

Not great after sales service

Sadly after posting a 5* review I have found the after sales service lacking. I have waiting for the delivery of a wooden strut for the headboard, which was broken and not possible to secure the headboard, for 5 weeks. At the time of writing this I am still awaiting delivery despite chasing up on two occasions.
UPDATE : The response to this review prompted a reply that it would be looked into. Supplied all the information as requested but as at 1st May still waiting for the strut to be delivered although it is claimed to be with the courier on three separate occasions and three different couriers.

The bed itself is absolutely great

The bed itself is absolutely great, really happy with it. It's incredibly light weight, so I'm not sure how long it'll last.
The delivery was not good - it took much longer than the website suggested. The delivery date kept changing and on the day, despite me being sent a 3 hour window, it arrived much earlier than that window on the day.
