A smooth process from start to finish
A smooth process from start to finish. I started by ordering sample swatches to ensure I chose the correct fabric for my bed, these came very quickly. Next I ordered the side lift ottoman storage bed, king size, which is just perfect. I love the base meaning no dust accumulating on stored items. The lift is so easy, despite having a pretty heavy orthopaedic matress ontop. Delivery was quick and a timeslot was given with a call ahead, and set up was very simple. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I'm giving 1 star because you can't give less. Awful company, rude staff, don't respond to negative emails, put the phone down on you when they're caught off guard, and worst of all lie. Great customer service obviously isn't part of their ethos.

The bed arrived within the time slot given and seems to be good quality. Delivery guys were not too keen to put bed upstairs but when I pointed out that the bedrooms were all upstairs they then carried it up. Overall I would recommend this company

Very reliable Company
Very reliable Company. They kept me informed of when I should expect my mattress. I had text with a date and time. Then a text with exact time and on the morning of the delivery I had a phone call to say they were 20 minutes away. Excellent service.

Great purchasing and delivery…
Great purchasing and delivery experience. Prompt delivery and friendly guys. We appreciated being kept updated on the day on arrival time. We paid extra for our old, dismantled bed frame to be taken away and this was done promptly. We purchased the zip and link bed and I would say the fabric and the way in which they have been attached is nice, but the items reflect the price we have paid. So perhaps not as sturdy material as we are used to but fit for purpose and reflective of the price.

Delivery
Delivery was great on time and we were called to say they are on the way.
The bed was for my disabled sister who took delivery of the bed.
They refused to take away the mattress - we did pay for this service. They were then given a tip and yes a miracle happened they took the mattress!!
Now my sister is unable to use the divan drawers as they are taped under the divan.
Surely the drivers should have taken the tape off.
The problem has now been rectified very quickly and efficiently.
It was down to a new computer glitch.

I got a phone call to say the delivery…
I got a phone call to say the delivery was 10 to 15 minutes away and when they arrived the 2 removle guys were polite and curttious, taking my order up to the desired room and removing the old bed, mattres and a chest of drawers.
