Nothing like described in the online adverts.

Bought a pair of trainer-type shoes from Comfyshp.com online. Quality, appearance, sizing, comfort all poor. Tried to return them but the cost of postage back to China was over three-times their stated cost for delivery, so proved unviable to return them. In email conversations I was offered a series of discounts on attempting by Comfyshp.com -
Either 50% of a second pair (but why would you as first pair basically rubbish), or a 20% refund to keep the original shoes. I opted for the 20% refund, but have never received a penny back from them. Don't buy anything from this company: it is an absolute con and rip-off.
Companies like this in China give a very poor view of their country to the outside world. Is it official and normal policy of the Chinese authorities to rip the rest of the world with crappy products? If not, Comfyshp should be shut down. It makes me think twice, and not want to buy anything online from China.

Return Nightmare

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in October, 2024. One pair looked nothing like the picture on the website and was way too big. I contacted Comfyshp to find out how to return the shoes. I was given an address and phone number to send the package to. I mailed the package on Nov 14, 2024 and have not received my refund as of March, 2025. When I contact them, the company repeatedly asks me for the return receipt despite my sending it to them 5 times since December 2024. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total Scam. Fake Plastic rubbish

Plastic rubbish! A fake version of a genuine leather shoe, they are made in China, absolute rubbish, threw them in the bin. These people should be hunted down and prosecuted. They give the impression that the shoes are made in USA but they are cheap Chinese crap.

Returns Are Expected To Be Sent To China!!!

I live in the UK and the shoes I purchased from this UK registered company (with a company address in Wigan) were not UK sizing (they are shown as a size 280???) and didn't fit in any case; the shoes are also of quite flimsy material, certainly not suitable for outdoor wear with our UK weather, other than perhaps in the height of summer.
When trying to return them for a refund I was advised I had to send them, at my own expense, to China!!
There is no mention of this requirement in the company's terms and conditions, only that that the company would provide a return address.
The company address they keep advising me is not a returns address - I can see from Google maps that it is a small detached house on a residential estate.
Despite many emails with their customer services I still do not have a refund, just a pair of shoes of the wrong size that do not fit which they insist must be sent to China.
Deal with this company at your own risk!!
UPDATE
It is now 4th December and I still have not had any refund and they still insist the shoes be returned to China.
I have since found this news item on the LBC News website under chinese-fraud-register-uk-homes, which tells us everything about this and other such Chinese companies behaviour and interestingly, Comfyshp have now deleted the UK address they were using as a registered address.
Thanks to all who have read my review and my sympathies to those you have suffered the same experience.

Poor quality ‘walking boots’

Ordered a pair of ‘breathable leather’ walking boots supposedly 70% off at 50$. Looked good on their website but when arrived turned out to be cheap and plasticy of very poor quality. Be warned!

Two pairs Size 13 ordered and recieved…

Two pairs Size 13 ordered and recieved one pair size 12 and the other pair size 11. The companies customer service won’t take them back unless at my expense but offer increasing “discount” which of no interest to me as they don’t fit⁉️ they even suggested I give them as a gift to a friend or sell them on⁉️⁉️
