I wasn’t satisfied with this company. The clothing didn’t fit well, and I didn’t find it to be quality material. The dress I purchased didn’t contain the appropriate proportions based on the sizing chart provided and my own measurements.
I requested to return the items but was offered a 50% refund and I could keep the clothing, which isn’t helpful if they don’t fit. They also offered a store credit but I wouldn’t be happy buying anything from them again. Lastly, they said I could return them at my own expense which was $35 CAD to return.
The customer service rep was kind and this review isn’t about him.
Overall, this company isn’t one I would risk if you’re in between sizes or treating yourself to a gift, as you’ll likely come away feeling ripped off if the items do not fit.

Customer service have fast response, I had to return 2 items because of sizing and the return process was easy and fast. Clothes have great quality and delivery is fast. Will be definitely buying again.

The absolute best customer service and quick response EVER! The item I ordered was not quite to my liking. Commence respected my view of the item and gave me 2 very generous offers! Beautiful clothing and I will definitely order from them again!

I’ve ordered several items from them, my second order some of the cloths were too big, they responded and allowed me to keep the items and gave me a store credit. I will say their cloths are of good quality and very nice, I’ll definitely order from them again.

This is my second time ordering clothes and very good quality.Some of my items were too big or too small. It took them some time to respond back but I got a store credit. But I still had to pay for shipping and handling even though my full store credit was used.

This was my first purchase, i bought two items one is the fur jacket, The collar underneath is slightly exposed but I am able to fix it, so the quality is ok for the price. The 2nd one is too big for me, i asked for return. They quickly replied and offered me to keep it for store credit. I accepted it cuz i like their elegant design clothing. I will buy again.

I didn’t like a couple items, so instead of returning them, which I would have to pay for shipping, they let me keep them and gave me a credit to buy more.
At first it took a couple days to talk to someone, but then they responded quickly. The clothing is actually better quality than I thought.

My first purchase with conmence. The two items I ordered good quality only one item in which the fit was a bit smaller than I expected but other then that great quality. I will definitely be purchasing from this site again.

First time buyer, the dresses were so cute and elegant. The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations plus excellent and prompt customer services. Wasn’t able to make a refund on a few outfits that didn’t fit, they gave me 100% store credit worth of the products and let me keep the return items for some one I could give them to.
