I had a good experience shopping here. My order came within a week and customer service was really helpful with returns!

The clothes are very stylish and well made and the return process was easy!!

I ordered 5 items and I got them less than a week! I was very impressed by the fast shipping and the quality of products however a few of them just didn’t work for me and wanted to do exchange, not only they gave me credit for the items but they told me to keep the items, now I can give them to friends and family who can use it and become a new customer:)

I ordered from Commense a few months ago and waited for weeks with no update on my order. When I reached out to them, they told me that the items were no longer available. They were still showing as available online. This is 100% a dropshipping website. Silly me ordered from them again thinking that may have been a fluke. This time, tracking said that delivery attempts were being made when they weren't until they said they delivered my order, which they did not. Today I got a package and when I opened it, there were random fugly tartan pajama shorts. I didn't order this and they're not even items on their site. So bizarre and fishy. Do not purchase from them. They have cute ads, but it's not worth the hassle. Oh also, the first time they botched my order, they offered me 20% off for my next purchase IF I wrote a positive 5 star trust pilot review. This explains the high rating on here. People are willing to lie to get a little discount. Don't do it.

I have shopped from them 3 times so far and their descriptions are exactly what you get. This is definitely my go to site for casual, and formal clothes.

I ordered a couple of outfits and one didn’t look right so I got in touch with customer service about returning it. They issued me the full credit amount in the form of a discount shoppers code so I was able to keep the outfit and order something different. I’ll somehow make the other outfit I was wanting to return, work! ;)

I was skeptical at first, I found this site on social media. I looked at the reviews and they were legit so I ordered 15 different looks. They came in, in less than 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and styles. Super chic, stylish and gorgeous. I’ll def be a regular customer. The prices are great too

These pants are beautiful! The fabric is great quality. As I am an in-between size I found the size I purchased to be uncomfortably snug and didn't do the style justice. When I reached out to customer service, they were fantastic and offered me a store credit for the amount of the pants so I could purchase them again at a better size! I couldn't believe how wonderful and convenient that option is! I 100% recommend Commense and will purchase from them again in the near future.

I ordered a dress from here… great quality but just a bit too small. Instead of paying to ship it back they gave me a store credit for the full amount of the item and I kept the dress. I gifted it to a friend of mine, who loved it, and I purchased something else for myself. The sweater I got is soo nice. Super soft. I will be buying one for my mom as well!

I've been eyeing a pair of pants from Commense for sometime. I finally pulled the trigger and placed an order for a pair of pants. I really like them.The material is good. Just a bit too small. Have to get a larger size. I would suggest going up a size in their pants. Also their customer is great!!

First time ordering from Commense after seeing an ad on Instagram. Ordered 2 dresses, one was too big and needed to be returned. Great customer service with different options for return, refund or future credit. I’d order again, but need to review sizing info first.

I cant get a response on when my order will be shipped - its the same response each time - cut and paste. Ordered 17 sept and as of 3 Oct still saying its out of stock and 5-7 days until re stock. They shouldn’t have accepted my order if it was OUT OF STOCK!!!!!
